Easy to order and arrived within days of ordering. A bit cumbersome to put together and needed second person at some stages. Quite happy with product and looks good set up.

Beautiful Barn Door
The finished product has left both my husband and I delighted with the end product. It looks fantastic and is a real talking point. However assembling the product with the supplied 150 screws (No instructions just a photo to go by, this was a little frustrating to say the least.) I have a really Handy Husband who has done a wonderful job assembling your product. You have a Quality Product which we would recommend to anyone. But please provide instructions for future sales.

Console table top was in two halves
Service was fairly prompt, communication good, however what I didn’t expect was for the wood on the top of the Console table I ordered to be in two halves, very disappointing this was not in the description
However, I would like to thank Cataline for her quick response to my review, as much as I was disappointed in the product, she was keen to make amends, they gave me a partial refund, their customer service is excellent so thanks guys I really really appreciated your help.

Steps taken to improve manufacturing issues.
I had some issues with the shed I bought. Catalin reviewed my feedback and photos and gave me a decent partial refund. More importantly Catalin will take my feedback to QA to improve the product so future buyers have a better experience.

Product unsuitable for purpose.
I discovered on receiving the delivery of the Oxford bench seat cushion it cannot be sponged, washed, dry cleaned, ironed etc; etc; etc; which makes it unsuitable for outdoor use.
The label with the instructions is sewn on the front side of the bench cushion in full view whereas the ties to secure to the bench are on the back of the cushion where the label should be.
I will be returning this product to the store where it was purchased.

Not great quality
Not great quality. They are raised garden beds as their is no bottoms to hold a pot or soil . Assembly is time consuming. Needs a better description.

The product is rediculously complex to…
The product is rediculously complex to put together. It’s could look amazing! Honestly it is probably 20 plus hours and very fiddly. It’s more a marriage project in commitment and trust than a metal planter box. It’s a great product but for us was entirely time consuming. Should come with a warning that it has a hundred tiny screw and a need to bend metal in an exact way. Kinda a metafor for life this product. Seems easy. Looks gorgeous but a sh@t ton of work!!! It went in the bin after 8 hours of screwing little bolts. Got a pot, more expensive than I wanted to spend but taking into account the time way cheaper.
As an update I have been contacted by VidaXL who very very kind and accepting the product was as complex as a Russian tax return! An offer of a refund was made which I declined mainly because the product was what is was. None the less they agreed to give customers a heads up of the complexity

Purchasing an outdoor setting on line…
Purchasing an outdoor setting on line was much easier than i thought, delivery was promt, only took a few days. Tracking was informative.the 2 boxes arrived in good order..there was a bit of a mix up with one of the pieces..but it was rectified straight away, vida XL was very easy to deal with. The lady I spoke to was very nice..very happy!

Exceptional customer service
I had ordered some galvanised fencing which didn't arrive for quite a while however Catalin gave the best online customer service I've ever received. She was straight onto things and my items arrived very soon after. A small refund was offered which was gratefully accepted. Two significant problems with small raised garden beds
Transport and delivery are excellent and fast.
However I am critical of two of the three products I received.
I ordered a large raised garden bed (50x31.5x27 inch) which was well-produced and easily assembled.
Since then I have ordered two smaller raised beds (80x80x68cm) and these suffer from two significant problems.
First, they appear to be haphazardly coated on the outside with a plastic film, which is both frayed and likely to degrade into the environment. Why this coating is there is unclear.
Second, the corners of the sheets are almost always haphazardly bent inwards, making assembly difficult and causing greater risk of harm to the user.

Postage was exceptionally quick
Postage was exceptionally quick, easy to order.
The item did arrive without any obvious damage to the package but when opened, a few of the panels were bent. Nothing that a pair of pliers couldn't straighten but was annoying the paint flakes where bent back into shape.
