I love this Product its Sleek, it's sleek, versatile, elegant, and can be worn on all occasions. Glad I purchased this product.

Would have given 0 stars - been trying to get refun for 12 months or replacement as product does not work as it was advertised

Absolutely horrendous customer service - will ignore emails for weeks and weeks at a time.
There terms of service might as well not exist as they will twist the truth to suit them or delay responding so they do no apply.

was going to purchase a refurbished apple smart watch for a friend and found this watch. It was fancier with the band. Does a good job and she is a nurse. Does everything a smart watch is supposed to do no issues would definitely purchase again for her.good battery lifealso

I like the size and fit of my watch and all its functions

I love the look, but I have a little trouble connecting to the Bluetooth I bought 2 of these watches switching back and forth is difficult for me.

I have the rose gold watch. It’s beautiful and shipped quickly and looks even better in person.

This is a scam business . My watch lasted three days and I paid 160$ on sale and now the company is not reachable and it says has 14 day money back guarantee and that is a scam . Tbe company has nothing but an email to send and they don’t answer them . Then i find out the watch from china is probley worth 30$ and this company shipped from Germany . So disappointed I didn’t do more research . Never buy from any sites unlesss they have an adress or 1800 number . All reviews on site are made by fake people

I absolutely love this watch.I didn’t know what to expect with the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The look and capabilities of this watch are top tier.

Don't like that when I want to listen music on my Apple Phone, the sound is coming out of my watch. I always have to disconnect my watch of my phone so I can have the sound directly on my cell phone.
But realy like the look and that I have a lot of design for the wallpaper.

Watch stopped working after two days. Customer service will not respond to email or social media messages.

Wanting to return the watch policy says dont need to give reason and with in 14 days contacted them with in a day of gettinf it.... I am being told I cant bc of the reason I want to return basically isnt a good enough reason!! So basically they are dragging this along so im out of my 14 day window!!!

After 10 emails finally got a response asked why I was returning even though their website says you don't need one. Now they've said I cant return with no explanation as to the reason. Won't hold my breath for a response. Out of pocket £80

Watch took ages to arrive. I quickly got over that once i put it on - its stunning! I noticed however the date was wrong - e.g. would say Fri 19 Mar 2026 when it was actually Thur 19 Mar 2026. Could not adjust no matter what i did. I even overlooked that as i loved the watch so and found its features really useful. Then within weeks of delivery (about 7/8) it just died and refused to be recharged. Have not been able to get any response from customer service. Not pleased at all.
