Product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Took a little longer to arrive than promised but not by much. Works well so far, but I have only used it once.

The unit arrived very promptly and was extremely well packed. The instruction manual was small print for my ageing eyes. I looked on your web-site for a manual I could download, then contacted you via your email.
I was pleasantly surprised by a quick reply and a pda download of your manual. All sorted. I have not used the unit to it's full use , but I am confident that it will come up to my expectations

Bought this for my elderly parents and they are delighted with it. It cools the room down super quickly and, now the nights are drawing in, they are really impressed by how quickly it heats a room as well.

Having tried several times to get some questions answered (and not really getting them) I decided to take the plunge and buy 2 of the cooling & heating fans. Overall they look great and the remote control is a useful thing to have. There are only a couple of things I would pass comment on at the moment as I haven't used them properly yet!! They are quiet but not as quiet as I thought they may be and not sure what they will be like once they've been on a while, particularly when in heat mode. The only other thing is that the cord could have been a bit longer as this can restrict where it can be placed.

Since delivery I’ve not needed to use my purchase, I’ve tested it for a few minutes and it seems to work fine, I just hope I get the benefit from it when needed , hot or cold

Only one feedback comment would be that the controls could be of better quality they are a bit flimsy compared to product.

From ordering to delivery is quick and correspondence on delivery is clear. Well packaged and intact. I’ve set it up but not yet used it. But am sure it’ll do what it’s says on the tin 😊

Great product and great service.

I have bought 2 Pro Plus fan/heaters this year due to the heatwave we had, now the nights are drawing in I have needed to use the heat setting, all I can say is WOW I am really impressed with how quick it takes the chill out of the room.
I would highly recommend this product.
