Order arrived promptly and very happy with our purchase

The first one i ordered did take a couple of weeks to arrive but it was the summer so was expected , i liked it so much had to order another for my bedroom which was delivered thenext day . I absolutely love them and they are worth it

We have purchased 6 of their combo fans over the last 2 years and are happy with them. I particularly like the heat for rooms where we want to take the chill out of the room without turning the radiators on. We can set a temperature and they will run until they reach this temperature.

We bought one originally. It was fantastic to warm a room up. We bought another 3 during the hot spell and they kept the rooms lovely and cool. Always helpful with any query.

Bought 2 fans over the summer and the work well , the heating part is good as it heats up quickly. Low consumption of power compared to normal fans and heaters . Good functions , would be better if it was connected to a device so can control it on phone or something aswell . Delivery took a while due to peak time but no worries. Overall good fans don't need to clean all the time

I was looking for a bladeless fan during the summer UK heat wave and everything was sold out - or ridiculously priced. I found Vortex Air after an online search and waited until they were back in stock and I now have both the Cleanse and the smaller ProPlus fan. They work well with cooling and are quiet enough for me to use at night. I have tried the heating function which works well, and it will definitely come in handy in the winter months. They are very sleek-looking and easy to move around, and I have one in my bedroom and one in the kids’ room. The delivery was initially a little messy with the delivery company not coming on the day that they promised. But it was delivered a couple of days later.
I found the customer service actually very helpful, initially I could not get through on the phone number on their website, but I found the phone number for the company on Facebook and they picked up pretty much straight away on the two different occasions I needed to call them, and the advisors were very helpful.
Overall I had a good experience, I am happy with a fan that I can use in both summer and winter, and the price is very reasonable compared to some more expensive brands. It does the job of cooling and heating and it looks good. I hope that the fans last the test of time.

I thought it wise to buy some cooling devices for future summers which look to be increasingly warm. The fact that they also serve to heat is an insurance against a central heating breakdown!
Impressed with the quiet operation and easy operation.

This is our second purchase of Vortex hot/cold fan these are truly excellent and very economical.

Bought 2 as were on special offer!! One for use in my lounge and one for my daughter to use in her home office. She was very pleased with hers as it is quiet and doesn't need to be switched off when she is on a call. 😇

Vortex fan. The item itself seems okay, nowhere near the suggested performence on ads and on bumpy. Pzrts missing and a couple of small dents in unit. Does not useage. Delivery 3 days. Asked an easy question twice, by email. No response. Rang and after 40 mins gave up the ghost. Be careful if ordering, dont expect any help once payment maid. Would I use again. Very doubtful.

I bought the pro plus blade less fan during the heatwave. The remote control never worked. I’ve contacted the company 3 times allowing plenty of time for them to reply as I knew they would be particularly busy during the heatwave but heard nothing. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from here again.
