I was impressed with the excellent…outcome and quick response
I was impressed with the excellent service I received. The hair clippers we had were 16mth old and stopped working efficiently, they had a 2 year guarantee. Completed the online form, provided proof of purchase. Wahl sent a complete replacement within 2 weeks. This I did not expect, really impressed with the outcome.

I have been a Wahl customer for many…
I have been a Wahl customer for many years and have bought many of their products over the years. A few years ago I bought a beard trimmer (Model SS2L) which I was happy with it until the on/off button fell off, making the unit inoperable. Thinking it was a 'one off' problem with just that unit, I bought another one. The on/off button, again has started to come away and will drop of soon. So I contacted Wahl customer service, who did not accept or acknowledge it was a design fault. They did not offer a replacement but instead offered a repair on one of the trimmers. They have had my trimer well over two weeks now! Just to let you know that I won't be buying a Wahl product again!!

Wow - Fantastic Customer Service
Wow. This is probably THE best customer service i have ever experienced. My three month old Wahl 'life proof' wet & dry shaver packed in mid shave and as a result the foil head broke. I was all ready to return the shaver for repair under warranty but Wahl have replaced the shaver FOC. Fantastic.

Issues with our James Martin hand…
Issues with our James Martin hand blender after using it for the first time. Contacted WAHL customer services and within 24hrs informed that spare part was being sent out.

Surprisingly poor experience
I bought the Precision 4 in 1 Multi Groomer. Out of the box the (mostly plastic) groomer and attachments felt flimsy compared to others. After 6 months of infrequent use one of the attachments broke. I contacted customer services. They asked for a picture. On receipt they tried to say that the part was not meant to be in two pieces inferring misuse rather than a manufacturing/design defect. I did not expect this from a company such as Wahl. After pointing out the facts they did replace the part but I won’t be buying from Wahl again. The groomer is not built to last and their customer service was poor, in my experience at least.

I had an issue with a cutting blade…
I had an issue with a cutting blade going dull, I looked for info regarding the clipper i was gifted,i found that the the item had quite a good g/tee plus the blade was covered by a lifetime warranty I then sent an email to customer services regarding the blade and how I claimed on that warranty.
Within hours i had a reply stating what I needed to do, I then sent the blade back as described with proof of purchase, and within days i had a replacement blade through the letterbox.
I'm usually saddened how nowadays companies who deal with the general public selling their products seem to lack customer service when it comes to contacting them to resolve issues, but o was elated to find that Wahl was the opposite to most that I've experienced over the years.
From the start to the finish of my issues i had an extremely positive experience.
My only thought is why can't other companies treat and deal with issues as good as Wahl do..

Probably the best Customer Service in the World
On 2 occasions now I have needed to contact Wahl, on each occasion I have found their customer services staff an absolute delight to deal with. They are everything a CS department should be, prompt, polite, sympathetic, positive and they follow through to completion.
I have to also complement the Senior Management of the Company for their attitude and ethos towards customers. Staff training is clearly to a very high standard and there must be adequate staff.
Not only do they meet, but really exceed customer expectations, how refreshing. WELL DONE EVERYONE AND THANK YOU.

Best experience
Without a doubt this was the best dealing I had with a company ever I had a trimmer which became faulty it had 3 years warranty but I didn't have any receipt also I completely forgot where I purchased it from when I told wahl they simply ask afew questions and needed some pictures off me once I provided it to them they sent me a new just like that never have i experienced better way off replacement of any other company.
