I’m a big coffee fan, and after trying many different beans, I’ve finally found my favourite: Rwanda - SEASONAL MICROLOT - LIGHT ROAST.

What I love about this bean is how clearly the fruity notes come through, without being overly acidic. It’s sweet, never burned, almost like a candy.

Today, I tried a cold brew in the shop made with this bean, and once again, I was surprised by how good it tastes. The taste leaves a long, pleasant finish.

I really hope this flavour stays around for a long time.
