Walley panttaa meidän rahoja
Maksoin vahingossa 30e äitini tililtä Walley laskua, maksu ei kirjautunut.
Olen 3 viikkoa pyytänyt maksua takaisin, kuitin kanssa, mitään ei tapahdu.
Pyysin verkkokauppaa apuun, mitään ei tapahdu. Koska aiempi asiointi on ollut
normaalia, niin olen neutraali
kokonaisarviossani.
5 viikon jälkeen sain selvityksen joissa oli muista maksetuista laskuista. Hoh hoijaa on pakko antaa vaan 1 tähti.
Tämä asia vie liikaa aikaa. En enää osta verkkokaupasta yhtään mitään.
9 viikon jälkeen alkoi keskustelu täydellisestä kuitista.
Maksan verkkokaupan laskun nopeasti pois. Ei voi jatkaa, epäluotettava .

Verkkokauppa vaihtoi walleyn…huono!
Verkkokauppa vaihtoi walleyn palveluihin, ja joka kuukausi on saanut soitella jostakin sinne. Maksu ei rekisteröidy jos maksat ennen kuin paperilasku tulee, sovellus on aivan hyödytön eikä toiminut kun ensimmäisiä kertoja yritin sinne päästä. Myös nettisivulla ei oikein mitään hyödyllistä.
Twin toisen ostoksen, samalle tilille, ja luottorekisteriin ilmestyikin toinen luotto! Yli viikon olen nyt yrittänyt asiaa heiltä selvittää. Syyttävät verkkokauppaa, luottorekisteriä ja vaikka mitä systeemiä, mutta tosiasiassa liitossa on walleyn nimi, joten sille ei kukaan muu voi mitään kuin walley.
Viimeisin asiakaspalvelijakin oli töykeä, huusi ja sen jälkeen numeroon ei olekaan saanut yhteyttä.

Walleyn sovellus näyttää vaan tyhjää sivua. Laskut ei tule perille. Vasta sitten kun tilanne se että lasku kasvanut siihen pisteeseen että menossa perintään, suvaitsee löytää perille.

Your invoices is always avalible in the Walley app. The only exeption is if your purchase was not made with your civic registration number. In these situations we can not connect you to your invoice.

5 stars for phone service, 0 for e-mail
If you need something from Walley, don't bother e-mailing. They literally take 3 weeks to answer, minimum, and will ask for documents they legally don't need to in order take care of what you ask of them. Then you wait another 3 weeks, and nothing gets done.
Moreover, although it says in their e-mail that, yes, you are free to call them at their customer service line if e-mail isn't fast enough for you, the phone number in their own customer service e-mail is incorrect.
If you DO need something, just grab the customer service number from their website. I had to queue for about 20 minutes, but they were able to solve my issue within 5 minutes. So, 0 stars for e-mail service, 5 stars for phone service.

Unfortunately, our response time via email can be a little longer in certain periods due to high pressure. If you do not receive a response quickly enough via email, we recommend that you contact our Finnish customer service by phone instead. Our phone number is 045 7820 8945.
I will pass your feedback on to the correct department who will take a closer look at which phone number is included in our emails so that we refer to the correct phone number in the future.

Walley laskutti minua liikaa, ja laskussa oli muitakin epäselvyyksiä. Lähetin Walleylle sähköpostia yli kaksi kuukautta sitten ja olen muistuttanut asiasta kolme kertaa. En ole tähän päivään mennessä saanut mitään vastausta. Tein ilmoituksen kuluttaja-asiamiehelle kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirastoon (suosittelen muitakin ilmoittamaan).
