I ordered a watch for my son, then had a message to say the watch had been delivered but i have not received it, this was a week ago it i got the message, i have paid for the watch, but not received it and im emailing them still now, i have given them the order number and they are telling me they cant find my order

Please do not purchase from this site, I have spent over £1000.00 on a Gucci watch which doesn’t work, and there is no customer service.

Complete scam. Ordered a watch at the beginning of the year which broke and after sending it away through the AD was informed it was fake. Tried contacting Watchly and have been ignored. I want my money back

Extremely disappointed with Watchlyx’s customer service and lack of communication. My watch is still well within the warranty period (not even owned for a year), and after reporting an issue, I was told that a replacement watch would be shipped to me.

Since then, there has been absolutely no communication. No shipping confirmation, no tracking information, no updates—nothing. Repeated attempts to follow up have gone unanswered, leaving me without a functioning watch and no clarity on whether the promised replacement was ever sent.

For a company selling premium products, this level of service is unacceptable. A warranty is only as good as the support behind it, and Watchlyx has failed to deliver on both communication and follow-through. I am now forced to escalate the issue simply to get a basic response.

I would strongly caution potential buyers to consider the lack of customer support before purchasing. A product issue under warranty should not turn into weeks or months of silence.

Bought a nice watch from this company, shortly after one of the spring pieces in the strap broke, it’s has taken then 8 months of constant emails asking for a replacement piece and they still have sent it after saying
“ I’m flagging this again as a critical priority and will personally follow up with our specialist team to ensure we get this resolved for you”

Guys, avoid this website. It’s a bunch of scammers. I’ve never received my watch and it’s been 7 months and I still haven’t received any money back. Honestly don’t be as naive as me. Reporting to trading standards as a fraud.

I’ve bought 4 Tag Heuer watches from this Company. Unfortunately, 3 have been proven to be Fakes! 1 failed EBay authentication service when I tried to sell it, two failed Tag Heuers official repair service when I sent them in. I expect now the 4th will also be a fake . Beyond disappointed and feeling very foolish. I will contact the credit card companies and see if I can recoup my losses . :(
Ps I have emails affirming they are counterfeits for each of the above watches.

Bought a Tag Huer watch from Watchlyx. Took weeks to arrive and countless emails ignored,told them wanted a refund as it was a birthday present. Kept getting emails saying watch is being prepared. Weeks after birthday
Watch arrived. Gave it as a present. He went on holiday and the glass started steaming up. Took it to Tag shop who sent it away and came back as a fake -Watchlyx ignore mails and no refund offered
Do not buy anything from them .

Just listened to the the consumer radio programme "You and Yours" on BBC Radio 4. Watchlyx sells fake watches and won't engage in dealing with after sale complaints.

Bought a Gucci watch last March. Looked legit even searched the code and it said it had a guarantee. The watch broke this year and I took it the certified Gucci watch repair team and they have advised the watch is fake and not genuine. Contacted the company and no response and watch no longer works Gucci team won’t fix as it’s against policy as the watch isn’t genuine.

Do not buy from this company!

I bought a ladies Tag watch and soon after one of the diamonds fell out. I contact them for a warranty repair and they kept saying that they cannot find my order. I sent them a screenshot of the order along with the order number and still they say they cannot find it.

The clowns here keep saying they will escalate it but weeks and months go by and nothing happens.

I even sent a bank statement and still they maintain they cant find the order.

I read a previous review that these people are selling super clone fakes and it would not surprise me at all.

Avoid at all costs and do not me drawn in by the good online prices.

I only realised 1 year later, after buying another Tissot PRX (from Tissot) that the ones watchlynx sent me were fake. They’re superclones but are definitely fake. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Well they sent me a Burberry watch that has never worked. Then they said to keep the watch and they would refund me ! It never appeared in my account ! Now they keep saying they have marked it urgent with the financial team.
All absolute lies. They even tried to offer me a 15 % off card !!!
They are a shocking, lying company who will not replace or refund faulty items.

I’m over 30 emails in and still they keep fobbing me off with lies.

Ordered a watch on 14 th May and it was delivered 1 July. The watch received was not the watch I ordered. Emailed them with photos on 1 July and the lovely Amy said fill out the returns form. As 6 weeks has past since I ordered it their returns portal wasn’t working. 10 emails later and I’ve worked out Amy is just a AI Bot there has been no response and help in returning the incorrect watch. After 6 weeks I’ve now contacted my bank and asked for a charge back. They are dodgy to say the least. the money you thought you were saving is not worth the stress of dealing with them.

bought a tag heuer watch from this "company" for my husbands christmas present. he went to our local tag heuer retailer to get it sized only to be told the watch was a super clone which was purchased in 2023 in singapore. after sending an email about a refund they sent me the wrong link that wouldnt accept any refund then told me that they would look into this matter. they took that long to respond that it was over the 30 days refund policy (if they even had one) now they keep saying that they are escalating my issue. its been near 8 months and still nothing. and nothing the police or anyone can do. they use fake uk phone numbers so you cant call anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL FAKES.

I bought a £125 Hugo Boss watch in October 2025 for my nephew’s 18th birthday in November. The hands broke and the digits have come lose despite him wearing a hand full of time. I contacted customer support on the 24 June & still haven’t been able to arrange a repair, replacement or refund, it’s now the 14th July. I’m complaining daily and receive the same response but no solution. This makes me doubt the authenticity of the watch and credibility of them as a retailer. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Running a scam. Order two watches back in Dec 2025. Never received them. I was given bogus tracking numbers up until Jun 2026 and when asked for a refund, same reply that it has been processed without any proof. It has been a month since refund was requested and now finally making peace with it. Lost my money with these scammers.

Absolute farce! Ordered a Tag Heuer Aquaracer, £805.09, received a warranty certificate and no confirmation of purchase. After chasing up multiple times and being told they had no record of my purchase, the watch turned up 4 weeks later. Within days it stopped working, it was sent to Tag Heuer to be repaired by the manufacturer. They have confirmed the watch is a fake product. I followed up by email and phone with Watchlyx with no response, my bank had opened a dispute to get my money back.

Total farse of a company waited 4 weeks for a tissot seamaster 1000 mens watch no sign of it after numerous emails back and forth was told it was lost in transit alarm bells ringing.
More emails to say refund been activated after 72 hours still waiting order the watch 15th May 6th July now still nothing so credit card provider informed there's no recollection of any refund so have opened a dispute to get my £326 back.
Refund now received i think with a bit of prompting from my bank so be aware if you're making a purchase.

I bought a Tissot Powermatic PRX 80 from this company. After a year, I noticed moisture under the glass and the watch started gaining about an hour each day. I submitted a warranty claim and all looked okay. It soon became apparent that Amy in customer support is a chat bot. I contacted Tissot in the UK and sent the watch to them for authentication. THE WATCH IS A FAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
