Do not use!! I ordered a watch - received all sorts of dispatch emails but no delivery. checked tracking number that they sent after bombarding them with emails and the goods had not been received by Royal Mail. Emailed them back and they said that the watch hadn’t been sent. A month later and they still have not dispatched the watch and have not responded to refund request. COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!! I suspect they are a fake company

Complete scam. I’ve purchased a Gucci watch and have yet to receive it. I’ve sent several emails and messages had no response. I been diagnosed with cancer and need every penny for treatment and is struggling.

What ever you do , do not buy from this company it’s a scam !!!! Don’t send the watch out till months later and then I refused the watch as it was 3 months to late for Christmas present and offered me a refund I said yes too now I’ve been emailing since November for my refund. Get the same shit reply and nothing happens . Now contacted financial ombudsman to step in . I will make it my mission this company so shit down . Absolutely disgusting !

Tag Heuer watch sent to Watchfinder for examination, result is FAKE.

The bezel wasn't attached correctly and the fine detail on the hands didn't match official Tag Heuer style.

Seriel numbers were all correct but engraved in an incorrect font.

I have had the watch destroyed as owning FAKE items isn't my style.

Fake watch, after a lot of hassle I got a refund from my CC company via Section 75.

It was discovered as a fake when I sent it for repair at the genuine official Tissot site.

Steer clear of this company.

Meanwhile report to Report Fraud as if they get enough complaints they will get Watchlyx closed down.

Not because someone took a lost accept they been done wrong dont mean they are lying, i called all over place trying to get answer royal mail said it was lost watchlyx kept sending the same ultimatum messages no human contact untill i wrong my review whcih was true. Paid over 100£ Michael kors watch for my mrs and never received it

I bought a watch from them last year when it arrived it firstly it was the wrong model then when checking the paperwork and numbers discovered it was a fake. when i contact them they asked me to return the watch which i did, now eight months later i am still chasing my refund that they refuse to give me.

Extremely disappointed. I purchased a Gunmetal Burberry watch for my son's birthday, and it stopped working after just four months. Customer service has been poor—Amy, the AI assistant, only generates emails and nobody follows up. I have logged several warranty claims, but they disappear from the system within 24 hours, so there was no way to track its progress. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I've had to contact American Express and pursue a Section 75 claim. Be warned do not buy from this company they are scammers.

I bought Tag but shortly after I received an email that my order was delayed I started researching this company and found reviews of similar negative customer experiences. I called my credit card company (Amex) and fortunately, they refunded me as they agreed this company is a fraud and filled a chargeback against the customer. Don't deal with this company. I felt compelled to write this review after reading about the Mister Mancave scam - us little people have to look out for each other. Watchlyx legal even threatened legal action on me, but just words. Zero stars if I could give it them.

I purchased a Tag, took it to Tag boutique who said it was genuine, looked great, I have had 4 Tag watches before. The only downside was that it came with a grey market warranty through Watchlyx, they seem very like Jomashop. The delivery was an extra few weeks, but they explained that sometimes the third party dealer has to dispatch the watches, in this case from Germany, their headquarters was in London at the time. So not so bad!!!!

I ordered a Tag Heuer watch. Should have checked this company out first. The watch they sent is a fake. They keep saying they will get back to me but are just stringing me along. No return. No money back. No replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIPOFF.

Purchased a watch from this company....should of checked trust pilot first. 2 months later the royal mail have not received the parcel the tracking number that watchlyx gave me says they haven't sent it..therefore I don't have it so not buy from them.

I reported a fault with a Hugo Boss watch in February, and Watchlyx confirmed it was covered under their 2‑year warranty. They accepted responsibility, instructed me to obtain quotations, and confirmed they would reimburse the repair. I followed every step exactly and provided the receipt and all evidence on 9 April.

Since then, I have spent more than six weeks going back and forth, receiving the same repeated line that the case was “with the specialist team.” No update, no progress, and no reimbursement. I issued a formal escalation on 20 May and have been ignored entirely.

I feel I have been consistently fobbed off throughout this process. The aftercare has been extremely poor, and based on my experience, I would definitely not shop with them again and would not recommend their customer service or warranty support to anyone.

As they have still not resolved this matter, I am now taking it further with Trading Standards and the relevant consumer bodies.

Would give 0 if possible. This is a scam they take your money with no intention of supplying goods. My case is now with the bank fraud team. Don’t fall for it

I waited and waited for the watch to arrive and eventually went out and bought one at Christmas the watch then arrived on Boxing Day. I then sent it back. I’ve been waiting and waiting for my money back. They sent me a gift card which I said I didn’t want. I wanted my money back when eventually I went to use the gift card and it would not accept it just to try it out. I’m still waiting after time and time it is now been four months and I’ve received nothing from this company. Please stay clear of them.

This is a frudulent company based in UAE. send you fake products. I bought a watch, No order confirmation was sent but money was taken. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order and refund the money back. They told me fine but later told me watch has been despached. A month later watch arrived when I was out of country and watch was fake. I asked them I want to return the watch and they told me I cannot becuase it has to be within a certain period. Now I have contacted my bank to claim my refund.

One star is far to good for a company that doesn’t deliver products or refunds,then offer a £15 voucher, pay the money you owe and keep the voucher as why would you want to buy again after receiving nothing 😡

I bought a Tissot watch for £430 from Watchlyx. Tissot examined it and confirmed it was 100%counterfeit. They confirmed Watchlyx are not an approved supplier of theirs & every watch they’ve ever examined that was sold by them was fake. They explained that they buy one genuine watch and copy that serial number on all counterfeit watches so when you register it, you think it’s real but if you send for any repairs you’ll be told it’s fake. Their website claims they have an address in Holborn London, when they’re based overseas. The customer service line is a chat bot telling you the same generic lines over and over again. They’ll send you a refund with 48 hours. I’m still waiting 7 months later. I couldn’t get my money back through Visa /my bank, as it was delivered late and then by the time I obtained the proof it was fake, it was out of time to claim. So I’ve lost £430 and got a fake watch I could have bought from Turkey for £75. If you have bought from them there is a high chance yours is fake. Most search makers will have an authentication service. It’s disgusting that a company can be allowed to operate in this way.
