Do not use, fake watches, used watches, do not trust this company.

I have written a review before this is my second review! I will keep going on as this company is a total scam! I have emails they have sent me as evidence but doesnt let me upload here! The one same lady called emiley on the emails seems to send the same emails all the time! They have a customer service number which never been answered and after writting a review on here funny enough my number has been blocked i can even all the number! Its been over 3 weeks they have not refunded my money! I had to send the watch back also had to pay for postage my self i sent it tracked! But yet again they have not refunded me! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will never get your money back its a scam!

This brand always offers great taste, and this watch proves it again. The finish is flawless.

I ordered and paid for a blueberry watch in September; however, I have not received it. I was assured of a refund, yet I have not received it to date.

Told me they had refunded money for the watch after it never turned up (this is after they told me they couldn’t find my order number)
Advised them that I haven’t yet received any money in my bank, to which they replied stating they had issued a refund but there may be an issue on my side.
I’ve asked them to forward me evidence from there bank showing that the money had been transferred.. lo and behold I haven’t received any evidence or even a reply to the email.

I was initially cautious ordering online, but Watchlyx proved to be completely reliable. Genuine product, warranty included, no issues at all.

My watch arrived randomly after waiting for a month. It had a completely different tracking number than the one they sent me. I sent no less than 10 emails regarding my order. No response. My bezel is 1/8 of a turn off and I’m not sure how to go about getting it fixed. This is a brand new watch! This is BY far the worst customer experience I have had in a VERY long time… maybe ever! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Purchased a watch for a birthday present , it arrived late and was no longer required so I asked the customer service team if they could wave the restock fee if I returned the watch due to it being delivered late . They assured me if I returned the watch and paid for delivery they would refund it and give me the restock fee back . Once the watch arrived to there warehouse they processed the refund minus the restock fee and ignored all of my emails and won’t answer . I have contacted my back and have disputed this. The company is nothing but trouble and I should have listened to the negative reviews .

I read the reviews on here and filtered out the folk whining about it taking ages etc. to those who were more patient and realised the savings were worth a wait. If it all went horribly wrong, I could get the money back from my credit card company.
I ordered a Tag Heuer Senna special edition with an extra 15% Halloween discount which made it ~half-price at a littleover £800. Other sellers had discounted the watch to just over £1,000, but I thought it would still be worth the wait.
I ordered at the end of October.
I received a message from Watchlyx saying they could see the package had been delayed, possibly lost, and would I like a refund, or a replacement if the courier couldn't find it. I still wanted the watch.
A couple of days later I received an alert that the watch was now in customs.
It eventually arrived ~6wks after ordering it.
It was 100% genuine as I registered the watch with Tag Heuer using its serial number.
So, be patient. You'll get your watch and save a bundle, but if you think a shoestring organisation is going to have rooms full of people dealing with pointless 'Where's my watch?" queries, shop somewhere else and pay the premium for doing so and leave the rest of us saving loads of money 🙂

I purchased a ladies watch from the Watchlyx website on 26th December 2025. After placing the order, I went through customer reviews (which I should have done before purchasing) and immediately emailed them on 27th December 2025 requesting cancellation.

However, they replied stating that the watch had already been dispatched. Since then, I have not received the product even as of 26th January 2026.

The tracking information only shows that the item was dispatched on 28th December 2025, but there has been no update after that. There is no clear tracking status, and I have no idea where the item is now.

What is more concerning:

No one answers customer support calls

No response to follow-up emails

No proper tracking details provided

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend others to be extremely cautious before buying from Watchlyx. Based on my experience, I would advise not purchasing from this company until they improve their customer support and delivery transparency.

Do not use this company, you will suffer for sure. I cancelled order within hours buy they still shipped the product, and it arrived 3 weeks late that too after stressful follow-ups and raising dispute with my lender, then they refused to accept return. Don't waste money with this company and save yourself from this stress.

This company is basically fraudulent, how it is still operating is beyond me. Goods don't arrive, phones don't answer and they don't respond to emails. I've had to report to board of trading, CAB and my bank.

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could, my partner ordered a watch 5 weeks ago, no order updates, no way of contacting or any response at all.

FAKE WATCH! I got it authenticated
Ordered tag watch for my sons Xmas 24th November told estimated time 8-15th December. No watch came tried to contact seller no reply to answer to phone. Contacted bank they gave me money back temporarily. Watch appeared on the 5th Jan the sam day I took it to be authenticated as I had my rersvations to be told it's fake. Tried to return couldn't through website told to go to shop app couldn't do that either emailed company no reply. And now bank want money back had to pay that amount for a fake watch. Took it tag jewlers near me to be told again it's fake so now bank are looking into it for me

Update- not once has on website or on email with confirmation of paying for watch did you's once say it was a ex display watch! Regardless this it's still FAKE not a genuine tag watch. Use can't reply to my email but will reply to this. I tried to refund on the 6th Jan hence my email on the 6th and I couldn't return via website or shop app!! I want my money back as I tried to refund within the 14days and you's made it difficult for me hence why I've went to my bank. I don't pay that amount for a fake watch.

If there was a 0 star it would be done this company is a joke
I ordered a watch then next day seeing reviews was so bad so cancelled they said already sent but refuse delivery on arrival which after weeks and weeks I did they then said I can’t do that and sent under another tracking number to fool me to find watch missing missing from parcel but courier showing parcel open at Heathrow which I never even touched they then ignored all emails so filed a dispute credit company and they refunded me what was such a stressing experience as it was Christmas present ? They then decided to reply to emails weeks later but all to late my refund done and then had the nerve to ask about there service !!!! Don’t buy from this company

I’m giving 3 stars as communication was rubbish waited 5 weeks thought I had been scammed ordered a Burberry watch 18 dec and it just come today watch was fine box was nice packaged nice don’t know if I jus got lucky after reading the reviews

My watch has arrived! I originally wrote the review below, but after 6 weeks its finally got here so im changing my rating. I was lucky my partner was happy to wait for their Xmas present, its in a nice burberry case, brand new and works. The communication could have been better that it was coming from another country and it wasn't arriving before Xmas, but I now couldn't be happier with it. I would buy from them again now I know they're not a scam.

I wrote on here a couple of weeks ago re. mens burberry watch, tracking no. - IW663217447GB and you said it was on it's way. It still hasn't arrived. I will be giving you one more week otherwise I will be reporting it to my credit card for fraud. I am extremely disappointed as this was a christmas present.
