If i could give zero stars i definately would , this compamy runs a scam outfit DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!. I purchased a hugo boss watch in December and yes like many of the other reviewers on here am still waiting for its delivery. This company have the amazing looking website with what appears to be a great selection of watches that either never arrive or if they do turn out to be total fakes. You contact customer services with your query in regards your missing order and you get a lovely reply back from Emily promising you she will chase your order up ,blaming it all on Royal Mail for your missing parcel offering a replacement or a full refund , Do not be reeled in by this pathetic banter its all lies and non of it will ever happen. !!!

Ordered a watch a month ago; still not here. Contacted customer service THREE TIMES - no response.
I think they are crooks and this is a scam . AVOID

Was not so happy. I received the order watch but its too too too late already. They are not scam for me now but halfway to it.

I purchased this watch from Watchlyx, it took 6 weeks to arrive, and when it did I had my suspicions, so I went to a Tag Heuer retailer, who said they would need to send it to there service and repair team based in Manchester.
I paid £45 to get the watch inspected.

I have now received the official response back from Tag Heuer, who have confirmed the following.

SCAM WARNING: Sold a fake watch and admitted to being a generic drop shipper by accident.

My wife purchased what was advertised as a genuine TAG Heuer watch from Watchlyx. Upon receiving it, we had doubts and took it directly to an official TAG Heuer Service Centre for inspection.

The Result: TAG Heuer officially verified the watch is COUNTERFEIT and refused to service it. I now have the official refusal of service document to prove this. To add insult to injury, TAG Heuer is charging me £20 just to release and return the fake watch to me.

The Stalling & The Leak: When I confronted Watchlyx, they gave me the run-around with generic "we will contact you shortly" emails. However, in their panic, they accidentally CC'd their support email for "Zova Frames" (an unrelated eyewear site). This confirms they are NOT a specialist "Swiss Watch Group" as they claim, but likely a general drop shipping operation running multiple storefronts selling questionable goods.

Current Situation: I have raised a dispute via Shop Pay and paused all future payments. Watchlyx is now trying to ignore my demand for a refund of the initial payment and the service centre fees.

DO NOT BUY HERE. They are not an authorized dealer, and their "authenticity guarantee" is worthless against an official manufacturer inspection."

This is a criminal pirate organization selling, knock off goods.

Tissot confirmed the forgery.

Absolutely disgraceful company! Ordered a watch back in November which was a gift for Christmas, still not arrived in February!. Emailed company over 10 times, rang over 15 times to no reply and with calls not once being able to speak to someone.
This company should have the decency to refund asap. Absolute joke and disgusting this company. DO NOT USE

The website is very misleading regarding delivery times. for UK purchases it promises delivery of 5 to 10 days. However if you look into the website details and their delivery info it says 2 to 4 weeks. What the website doesn't tell you is that most of their stock of watches is in a warehouse in Germany and delivery takes longer than expected.
I ordered a Burberry Watch for my wife's Xmas present on the 14th December 2025. Did not receive it until December 30th which was very disappointing for both my wife and myself. The watch itself was faultless and very well presented so no issues with the quality of the item just be aware of possible late delivery.

Great watch took a while to come and I got a bit disheartened , but very pleased nonetheless

Ordered a Tissot watch in August 2025. Took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. It the stopped working properly. I emailed them asking them for a replacement. They responded to say they would ship one out. Still waiting. That was three weeks ago. I have now asked for a refund. Remains to be see whether they will refund. Avoid like the plague. They are not trustworthy. Don’t respond to emails. Phone lines don’t work.

***7/22/26Update***
Finally after nearly 7 months of calls, emails and paying for the watch to be inspected. The Credit Card issued us a full refund for being sold counterfeit watch. All of this was handle by the Credit Card company and myself. All the while Watchlyx.com did nothing but pass the blame on me, telling my Credit Card I was being dishonest.

My fiancée purchased a brand new Tag Heuer Aquaracer 300M CAY1110.BA09027 from Watchlyx.com as a X-Mas gift for me. It arrived late on Jan 2nd.
Being a watch collector, I was so happy to receive such a nice gift. However to my disappointment, the watch is a counterfeit.
Red Flag #1, The bezel numerals are painted white, (Genuine TAGs of this model are not painted)
Red Flag # 2, The warranty for this Tag Heuer Aquaracer 300M was dated back in 2020, not 2025. This was confirmed with Tag Heuer.
(For a new watch, the warranty has already expired)
So after seeing these red flags I decided to remove the case back.
Red Flag # 3, The O-Ring was not lubricated
(All Swiss Dive watches have lubricated case back O-rings in order to keep a water tight seal and prevent damage to O-ring when reseating the case back in and removing it.)
Red Flag # 4, The movement is missing the two mounting screws attaching the movement to the watch.
(Genuine TAGs do not come with missing parts.)
Red Flag # 5 The movement is not a “SWISS MADE” Ronda 5040.B
(The movement in this watch is a Ronda 5040.B Hallmarked with “SWISS R9”. All Genuine TAG movements will be Hallmarked as “SWISS MADE R9”. This Ronda 5040.B movement is not used in genuine TAGs, this movement is used in high end reproduction watches, assembled with Swiss parts, a.k.a counterfeits.)
So with these findings I told my fiancée to report this to her credit card company and report a chargeback for counterfeit merchandise.
Please note if your watch is a counterfeit, do not contact Watchlyx.com. Contact your Credit Card company and follow the instructions given.
***2/2/25 UPDATE***
My fiancée's Credit Card Company told her to take pictures of the watch and if possible have it inspected. Lucky for us there is a Tag Heuer store in Orlando that we can bring the watch to. However the watch will need to be shipped by Tag Heuer to their Service Center in order to complete the authentication. For the sake of time and money (which has already been lost) we will be sending pictures of the watch to the Credit Card company first. If that is not enough we will bring the watch to Tag Heuer store. I will continue to provide updates on this experience.
***2/6/25 UPDATE***
I took the watch for my local Tag Heuer Authorized Repair Shop. After looking at the watch they even have reason to believe the watch is replica and not authentic. Simply based on the band and incorrect bezel. They told me they will need to keep it for a day or two to confirm the watch authenticity and will contact Tag Heuer to confirm as well.
Once I received all the information through my own investigating and the results from the Tag Heuer Authorized Repair Shop. I will report these findings to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI because this fraudulent transaction is over $1,000.00 USD and falls under a felony. This company duped the love of my life and I will not rest until this company to held to the fullest extent of the law and their website shut down.
***2/17/25 UPDATE***
The watch has been inspected and is not verified as an original Tag Hauer. I have given the report to my fiancée to complete the charge back with her credit card company. However I was told the movement on the watch is correct for this Tag Hauer watch. However the movement and the inside of the case back do not show anything that points that is an original Tag Hauer. The Tag Heuer Authorized Repair Shop told me there are many other Red Flags showing them the watch is not an original Tag Hauer (inside and out). I will not go into more detail due to fact I'm sure these fraudsters at Watchlyx read these reviews and I don't want them getting any better at selling counterfeit watches.

I need to be careful what I write here as I was threatened by Watchlyx to remove my previous post or end up in jail in Dubai.
I would never use this company again. Took 2 months for my watch to turn up, but I had cancelled the transaction with the credit card company.
I emailed Watchlyx so many times and had no reply.
Now they want me to pay for the item to be returned, not a chance, I have refused to return the item until I have received a returns label.
Then by magic one has appeared in my inbox.
We all work hard for our money, do not wast your money with Watchlyx.
You have been warned

AVOID THIS COMPANY!Ordered Burberry watch for Christmas present, didn’t arrive until well after Christmas so had to get something else for the present.
After paying to return for a refund, parcel has been rejected and returned to sender!! Can’t reach anyone on the phone lines or via email. Customer service is non existent. Considering legal action on company if they offer no assistance.

This company scammed me and sold me a fake tag aquaracer. Order #30630. I received the watch about 7 weeks after ordering it and upon receipt immediately recognized that it was low quality and likely counterfeit. I took it to my local TAG Heuer authorized dealer and they confirmed the watch was in fact fake. I will be attempting to get a full refund, but I am not optimistic based on other reviews. For a site that claims 100% authenticity guaranteed it is ridiculous that they sold me a clearly fake watch for over 1800$. Complete scam artists.

I bought a watch late November for my girlfriend’s Christmas present. It was a tag watch that cost just under a grand. It didn’t turn up until over a week after Christmas. Because of that I bought my girlfriend a watch else where so she would have a Christmas present to open. Then I decided instead of returning the watch(since the website is an absolute outrage) to take the watch to a jewellers to sell it to them. I’ve been called today by the jewellers confirming the watch is fake and they will not buy it. Cheers watchlyx absolute scammers. Will be taking this further and hopefully you will be shut down.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks for a counterfeit product. I advise anybody who is having issues to issue a chargeback with their bank immediately.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Awful company, poor customer service and delivery time. Refund process doesn’t even give you a full refund. Charge to return items. Never answer phone calls and emails. Will never use them again

Took a while to arrive but pleased with the new watch and the price.
