As far as Internet installation goes this has been a great experience. The installation engineer was very professional and very clear when it came to educating us on our new phone system. The team at Wayv have been exceptionally organised and there have been no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them.

I'm going to apologise for not getting your name even though I've made your brews all day. The gentleman was really friendly, just cracked straight on with the installation. Everything seems to be running smoothly. He was very clear demonstrating how to use the equipment. Great system, great engineer and from reading the reviews the customer service team are great too. Would definitely recommend :)

I dealt with Ben Gilliver at Wayv who remotely installed some software on my laptop and answered a couple of queries I had. Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to deal with and sorted the issue very quickly.

Thank you to Ben for a totally hassle free upgrade to our system and handsets. He has been unobtrusive, efficient and incredibly helpful. His tutorial on the new handsets and features, was clear and easy to understand. The downtime was so minimal no one noticed it was happening. Than you to Sophie for her repeated assistance in getting the necessary documentation correct, and her continued assistance with general queries.
