The quality is poor, the pictures do not accurately show the quality of the merchandise. I contacted them immediately to send the items back they tried everything to not provide me with a return address, when they finally did of course it is in china and the cost is almost what I paid for their poor quality clothing. They are not customer service oriented

All foreign companies need to let us know they are foreign companies! The items I ordered were very nice looking in their ads… when I received them, they were of cheap, printed fabric. I ordered some cardigans (nice, thick sweater-looking items.). Far from it. I didn’t even get a pair of boots & necklace I ordered. They only wanted to give me coupons to use towards their company. I wanted my full refund. It would cost over $300 to return them, way over the cost I paid. I had to settle from $184.43 (my cost) to $92 refund.) Never do business with a foreign company. Quality is not there, plus the ads do not match the product. If you didn’t like them, kiss your money goodbye. Not worth doing business with them.

Absolutely disgusting material. Ordered 2 'knitted jackets' and got 2 hoodies in stretchy material in return which is cheap and nasty.
Hopefully can return or claim back through PayPal under consumer rights.

I placed an order back in July. Nothing has arrived it took two emails to them to get an initial response. I've asked for a refund and still waiting.

Fabric is less than costume material. Garbage really. Best is missing fringes which are ragged and uneven. Seams broken and loose threads. Shirt in pic looks beaded and it is poorly pixelated screenprint with threads hanging out. It took many emails to finally get a return address where they wanted to send me coupons instead of returning as shipping was high. Returns must go to Wuhan in China and cost about $50 for me to return. Even then they said they would deduct transportation, customs and if the item was up to their expectations they refund. The customer should not have to pay for return shipping anytime faulty, or damaged materials are received. These products look nothing like they do in the photos and are extremely thin and raggedy.

This company had no problem taking my money, then after 3 weeks, the tracking info still said "sent to shipper" then when I contacted them, they offered to send the stuff they should have sent, I said no, that it would not arrive in time for my vacation, then they said it would take a very long time to get a refund. I reached out 7 times since and get the same BS story. I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. THIS PLACE IS A CHINESE COMPANY AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE

I wish I had read this before ordering. I just received a shirt that is too small not the material or even pattern in the photos.
Avoid them at all costs.

Poor quality and won't honor refund or return guarantees. The fabric is the lowest quality polyester and the printing process is pixelated and ugly (and likely stolen IP). I've been trying for a month to return the clothes for a refund and only been offered discounts on future purchases. It's pretty obvious they're just delaying until they go out of business and don't have to offer refunds.

The items were portrayed as being soft linen or cotton but the items delivered were more plastic than anything else and completely unbearable. Despite ordering a Large, the sizing was more like a small medium. Their return policy is non existent and I would have to pay for return shipping plus getting a transportation fee deducted from my return! I threw the items away and will know better than to buy from Facebook.

This is not cotton or linen or anything from this planet that I'm familiar with.Horrible material. Poor quality printing. Don't buy. There are other options.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! Absolute scammers. Substandard goods which take weeks to arrive. Cheap materials, awful polyester type fabrics, the sizing is all over the place, even after studying their so-called sizing charts. The goods they send are cheap imitations of the images they have on their website. THE GOODS ARE UNWEARABLE! To return the goods cost me £30.00 in tracked post and I am not confident I will recieve a refund even when they are received. So this has now cost me £90.00 (£60.00 initial purchase and £30.00 to return the crap they call goods). I would never by from them again. I fell for it.. I pray you dont do the same.

This is a cheap Chinese sweat shop masquerading as a Japanese style clothes supplier. The garments are made from polyester type fabric not cotten mix, the prints are low quality knock-offs from Japanese wood block art and the size orders are haphazard at best and at worst careless. Scam Scam Scam. Avoid these people like the plague. Their UK address is fake ( accommodation address ). The goods, if they arrive at all, will be *very* low standard.

Ordered pants for my son. Sizing is too big. Want to return/exchange. Website says to contact for return address. After 14 emails no response! Scam. I would have ordered smaller size but dissappointed with lack of response and bad customer service.

Westsshops marketing through Facebook have shipped extremely low quality products, completely different to the marketing images. Customer returns process have responded but have not provided a route to return, "consulting with their internal departments" to "find a resolution". Avoid.

I have just bought from these people, scary to see there are zero reviews, it seems it's a massive scam working on Instagram and other places I suspect. They used an invented address, not mine at all but in the same city. They also pretend to be in USA but are in China (the fakest of all fake nations).
I have contacted Paypal re scam and hope to get refund, also rest my password.
