Very helpful giving advice. Not installed yet, but loads of instructions to follow

Decent online experience. Delivered promptly. Packaged well. What’s not to like?

Great service, delivery when expected and the pallet of materials were put on my drive.
Thank you - I would definitely use wetroom-online again and advise family and friends to use this company.

Placed an order for a shower deck and tanking kit. Before placing the order I spoke to Josh. Josh was great and very knowledgeable in what I needed.

Excellent service and quick delivery.

Very clear guidance in (for me) a complicated set of choices by Janet and then by Josh.
I was quickly guided to the right set of kit which I have now purchased.

Great delivery and quality item as per usual. Alex

Ordered a wet room former. Easy to order online, very competitive price, instant acknowledgement and kept up to date with prompt delivery. Really helpful delivery driver. Can't fault them at all

Extremely fast shipping, product exactly as described. Thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish, cheaper than anywhere else, our plumber uses this company all the time, thanks again !

Good services and quick delivery.

Great service again from Wetrooms online.
Will definitely be back

What a fantastic company to deal with. Called me after I placed my order online to let me know it was on its way and followed up very quickly with a replacement wet room kit when one of the items had an issue. Excellent customer service and will definitely be using them again.

great advice , rapid delivery

Top class service. Order placed 11am Friday, confirmation of order email received within 5 minutes. Order picked and packed, the same day and I received a telephone call, the same evening to say that my order had been collected by APC. APC delivered 2 parcels Monday lunchtime. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wetrooms online again and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends

sound company, all good

Excellent company to deal with. I needed some advice about the item I wanted to buy and they got back to me straight away. After I'd placed my order I received a phone call letting me know that it had been dispatched and roughly when to expect it. It arrived a day late but I think that was the fault of the delivery company who should have notified me with an exact date, but it was actually more convenient for me so all was well and the delivery driver was pleasant and very helpful. I haven't unpacked my shower screen yet because I haven't got time to fit it but the packaging is sound so I don't anticipate any problems with it. Thank you
