Such lovely staff
The 2 staff members working in Whistles Manchester today gave excellent customer service. So helpful and friendly from the minute I walked in.
Took a real interest in my finding a petite fitting dress for an occasion. Livia and Mohinda ( hope I spelt right ) They gave honest advice and I bought a beautiful dress. Livia even wanted to see an outfit I had bought in another store ( the jacket went with the Whistles dress )and re wrapped the clothes beautifully. I will definitely shop again in this gorgeous , well set out and friendly store where it feels Petite fit is not an afterthought.

I popped in on my lunch break to try a pair of jeans on and found my size wasn’t there. I asked an associate if the size I was looking for was available and they found it was, so sourced if from their BOH area. I tried them on, loved them and was thrilled as it was exactly what I was looking for.

No longer 5 stars for Makayla's help on live chat…
UPDATED I gave 5 stars for Makayla's help on live chat Friday morning but I'm updating this because, actually, it didn't go so well in the end. I didn't get the promised update so I recontacted the following day. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have learned that DX had lost my order and I would still be waiting. Victoria said my order would be cancelled - they 'don't do replacement'. I had to reorder. I was given a code to get the discount I originally bought the item at and a free postage code (that didn't work). To date I have had no email confirmation of the original order bring refunded or of a credit I was told I would get re the not working P&P code(another 'chat', can't remember her name and the emailed transcript has time expired!). They answer chats quickly, are very helpful but in fact don't seem to follow through. So, here I am, waiting to see if the second order will arrive - I've paid twice and got nothing so far. Can't recommend at all, bit rubbish really. Hours of my time wasted because DX lost my order and Whistles can't just send a replacement like anyone else probably would, and they don't do what they say they will.

Great customer service whilst looking for a top which was out of stock online. I was given a couple of shops with stock & their phone numbers. When I rang the Guildford shop they were extremely helpful and was able to make a telephone purchase. Could not fault the service.

Evri delivery issue
Evri are taking forever to deliver an order from Whistles so I contacted the online customer service at Whistles to find out what has happened to it. Bobi was very helpful, is going to chase Evri and has said that if I need to reorder, if the parcel has got lost, they will still honour the sale discount price, if it has gone back up.

I needed to find a jacket to match a dress that I’ve already bought to wear to a wedding . I found the staff at St Pancreas Station to be so helpful and I’ve found a cream blazer that matches brilliantly

I bought a top which I love sadly the…
I bought a top which I love sadly the store did not have the trousers I also wanted in my size nor on the other available colour so I could at least try them for size and then order online. I went to John Lewis who had twice as many sizes and bought them there. As they are different items it didn’t matter but if these had been matching/a set/coord I wouldn’t have bought either. Great clothes not enough stock

My first purchase in Whistles
My first purchase in Whistles. I have a terrible problem trying to get anything to fit. I'm rather small, probably XS, but something XS are too big. I was looking for a particular style of dress and it was my husband who suggested I try one on. It was a size 8. I was sceptical because I didn't want a red dress on this occasion, but also thought the size 8 would be much too big. However, I tried it on and bought it because it was a perfect fit. I also go 20% off. I left very happy indeed.
Staff were very helpful and friendly...nice bright store, happily return.

Was in Westfield White City 2 weeks ago and walked in the WHISTLES concession. Had never bought anything from them before. Cannot praise enough the service I received from Saira who helped me pick a dress for my son’s wedding in June in Tuscany. Tried at least 3 dresses and then was handed the dress: Orchid Print V Neck Midi Dress which fitted me well and fell in love with. Thank you Saira for your excellent service.I will definitely be using WHISTLES in the near future.
