White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

I can only say that the preconsultation interview was thorough and I felt as though the time was taken to really listen to my situation; something that GP's do not have time for. It's so very difficult to get an appointment to see your GP, so the service provided by White Pharmacy is a very much needed service. I have never had any problems previously, when I have ordered from White Pharmacy. I have also received some much appreciated advice.
Thank you to White Pharmacy for the provision of such a professional, yet warm and friendly service. I have never used another online pharmacy other than White Pharmacy, due to the fact that I trust them. I would recommend them to friend's and family.

Very impressed with the service and whole experience
I really could not be happier with the service I received from White Pharmacy.From making the initial order,answering the health questions to speaking to a member of the pharmaceutical team on the phone to payment & delivery I truly felt in safe hands.The whole process was straightforward but professional and inline with the nessecary procedures.

I am sorry to hear that DPD have let you down. We always do our best to help our customers and giving you a good experience with a reliable and speedy courier is part of our service. If anything does ever go wrong, I would urge you to contact us on the same day, so that we can help to rectify the situation. As I am sure you can understand, we can only help you if we know that there is a problem in the first place.
That is indeed why we chose DPD in the first place. We weighed up our options and asked our patients for their opinion – customer feedback about DPD has often been overwhelmingly positive. As a general rule, DPD's deliveries are not only reliable, but we also have the facility to recall parcels or to have them delivered to different addresses, which is just not possible with Royal Mail. For certain locations, Royal Mail is offered as an alternative.
I can see that you last told us of a delivery failure over one year ago, and deliveries did seem to be more reliable after that original incident. I can only apologise for the frustration and inconvenience that this has caused you. If you would prefer, you can ask our dispensary team to send your orders with Royal Mail. I hope that we will be able to reach a solution that works for you.

White Pharmacy have always been helpful, friendly and efficient. No call or email is ever too much trouble and they really have their patients best interests at heart. Being almost housebound and unable to visit my GP very often they have been a lifeline. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have reviewed White Pharmacy in the past and i gave it 5 stars. Nothing has changed and it is still one of the top online pharmacys in my opinion. They are very professional with every aspect of their business and they will not let you down.
Regarding the recent changes in how they can prescribe pain medication and the short telephone interview that comes with it, if anyone is worried about this or uncertain whether to proceed with it (as i was), please do not be. It's handled in a calm, relaxed and friendly way and it will be fine trust me.

Around 6 months ago I used White Pharmacy to obtain some pain medication. My supply recently ran out, so I went back to WP to secure a 2nd order.
Following a simple consultation process, my order was checked and dispatched very quickly. I also had opportunity to speak to a member of staff on the phone, who offered some helpful advice regarding side effects of the medication.
All round, a faultless service.
