A trustworthy UK pharmacy that provides an excellent online service. Contactable by phone or email for advice, whether pharmaceutical or medical (and supported by UK doctors). Drugs provided are from accredited suppliers. The website takes a little getting used to, but advice is always available.

I found White Pharmacy through an Internet search quite a while back. I have since ordered 3 lots of tablets from them to control pain I get from severe headaches. The team at White Pharmacy are brilliant to deal with and I have always felt that I am receiving a very high level of care when ordering from them. I have no complaints whatsoever and will continue to use the service White Pharmacy with 100% confidence.

Excellent service!

They do detailed notes of your medical history, ailments + contraindications. When I first called, I was out through to the prescribing doctor, who not only was on site but was aware of my complex and rare disease.
They check in with you when it's been at around halfway through your order used; just to make sure you're not experiencing any side effects and getting the benefit from any recommendations or medication.

They are by far thee best prescriber online and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I can't believe the exceptional level of service this company provides at half the price of their competitors.

I had used them about 7 months ago for pain relief following an injury. The pain relief ordered lasted me those 7 months as the pain only flares up intermittently, and I utilised their tips on non-medicine pain management. I noticed over those 7 months that they had had issues with CQC and remember feeling disappointed that their service was going to have to be changed, although I understood as a nurse myself that there are people who will abuse their service and therefore potentially ruin the concept of remote prescribing for everyone else. This is clearly evidenced in some of the reviews for WP and their competitors, complaining that delayed delivery (due to over ordering) would cause them to go into opioid withdrawal. If people took the medicines as prescribed and followed the recommendations from their prescriber and pharmacy, they wouldn't need to be concerned about this!

Anyways... I went to order another batch of this medication and noticed that you now needed a telephone interview first, so I begrudgingly booked one and figured that this would probably take days to complete...therefore being pretty useless as the pain only tends to flare up for 48 hours and I'm a serial procrastinator so unlikely to bother seeking medication until I next needed it. The booking form stated that I could elect for a phone call as soon as possible but that it still wouldn't be until the next morning, which I chose. Yet only a few hours after submitting that I got a call, which I was impressed with!

The pharmacist Charlotte was incredibly warm, professional and I felt able to engage with her thoroughly, I never once felt like I was being interrogated or that she was just ticking boxes. Following this I got an email to say my consultation had been accepted and it included a summary of our conversation which demonstrated to me that she was really listening/ taking on board what was being said. I then purchased the medication requested, and got another email to state it had been approved by the relevant medical professionals. The email again included a summary of my medical history and issues discussed over the phone, as well as advice about the medication tailored specifically to my condition and lifestyle.

I chose to delay dispatch until the weekend so I knew I would be home to receive the parcel. This pharmacy offers both Saturday AND Sunday deliveries which is amazing! The medicine arrived within the hour slot specified by the couriers. When I opened the package I was very impressed that the pharmacy dispensing label again had instructions based on my personal condition, which just demonstrated to me how personal this service really is and how they have managed to turn a negative situation into an even deeper level of patient care. It also included a sheet/brochure on the type of medication I was taking and things I could do to reduce the risk associated with these.

Honestly I could not be any more impressed with this company, and it would be such a shame if they ever had to close.

Quick thorough - a bit expensive but I work it out on the basis of wait time at surgery - setting aside the hour or more it would take
