Avevo ordinato altre volte in passato ed era andato bene, ma stavolta no! Ho fatto un ordine da circa 180 euro, e dopo un paio di giorni risultava spedito parzialmente. Ho chiesto informazioni, visto che avevo una certa urgenza di ricevere il latte in polvere per bambini, e mi hanno risposto con due email: in una dicevano che avevano spedito tutto, nell'altra che a breve avrebbero spedito il resto.

Perplesso ho aspettato, e dopo diversi giorni non ricevendo nulla ho contattato il corriere Dhl. Mi hanno detto che il pacco era stato danneggiato durante il trasporto e che lo avrebbero restituito al mittente. Da Windeln.de mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero dato informazioni al più presto, ma da ormai 20 giorni non so più nulla, né del pacco né dei soldi subito prelevati dalla carta di credito. Ho chiesto di annullare l'ordine ed avere i soldi indietro, ma ancora nessuna risposta!

Ottimo sito per acquisti online. Sono italiana provincia di Taranto, il pacco è arrivato in soli 4 giorni dalla prenotazione di spedizione. Imballaggio ottimo e curato molto bene per evitare danni al contenuto. Per l'ennesima volta mi ritengo soddisfatta di aver fatto acquisti da voi, prodotti buoni prezzi buoni. Ottimo anche il servizio raccolta punti!

This company is working unethical way. They are promoting good sale prices, and delivers some of your order items quickly and the big ones - not at all. Their response time is extremely poor and you cannot rely on them at all. In my case I was notified about an extension tot he delivery and when I started to chase them about the new delivery time, they suddenly informed about not being able to get the product from the manufacturer - which was a lie. I feel that they are playing with the cash flow only - getting money in and trying to keep it as long as possible on their bank account. I would highly encourage you not to use this shop.

Stay away from this company. They charge your credit card, and don't deliver the items ordered. And they don't answer your e-mails!

This is what I have experienced so far regarding my order placed on December 15th:

DEC. 15th: Items ordered (Christmas present). DEC. 16th: Credit card charged. DEC. 18th: I e-mailed Windeln.de regarding missing delivery. DEC. 22nd: Message from Windeln.de regarding items out of stock. Will be shipped Dec. 27th. JAN. 4th: Items still NOT received. I e-mailed Windeln.de (again) regarding missing delivery. JAN. 6th: Still no reply from Windeln.de. I e-mailed once more regarding delivery. JAN. 10th: Message from Windeln.de that items are once more delayed! Expected shipping date is now January 19th. JAN. 10th: I e-mailed Windeln.de and cancelled my order (bought the items elsewhere with immediate delivery), and asked my money back and a confirmation that the order has been cancelled. JAN. 14th: Still no reply from Windeln.de. I e-mailed them once more asking for a confirmation and my money back, which was charged on my credit card ONE MONTH AGO!

Finally, on JAN. 16th, Windeln.de replied to my e-mail of jan. 10th confirming that my order has been cancelled, and the amount refunded to my credit card.

E' diversi mesi che ordino da questa azienda, mi son sempre trovato bene fino a quando non ho avuto bisogno di loro, ovvero:
ordine fatto il 04/12/2014 pagato € 150,00 e spedito, rimane bloccato in Germania. Ho provato a chiedere aiuto per sbloccare questo pacco ma nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondermi alle mail che gli ho mandato ( ho visto che era bloccato dal numero di tracciabilità riòasciato).
Ho chiamato DHL, il corriere che utilizzano loro per le spedizioni, mi dicono che il mittente (Windeln.de) deve chiamare il corrierre per sbloccare il pacco, riferisco ma nulla. Morale della favola siamo al 15/12/2014 e il pacco non mi è ancora arrivato e questi di sto sito sono spariti!!!!

Un sito si vede se è affidabile e serio proprio quando hai problemi, diffidate da windeln.de ci sono altri siti molto più seri e corretti tipo babyneo.de che c'è anche la lingua italiana.

Vi har nu købt Maxi-cosi autostol nr 2 fra denne tyske side. Vi har denne gang sparet ca. 60% i forhold til kendte danske babybutikker. Dertil er der hurtig levering.

Einmal gekauft, diverse Artikel. Problemlose Abwicklung, Lieferzeit im Rahmen, nichts zu bemängeln, aber auch nichts übermäßig toll an der Seite.

Hab bei Windeln.de überwiegend Pampers, Feuchttücher und Babymilch gekauft. Habe dann halt immer gleich größere Vorräte gekauft, da es im Angebot günstiger als im Laden war und ich damals kein Auto hatte und mir den Transport gespart habe.

Mit dieser Pampers Card mit der man zusätzlich sparen konnte, war der Preis dann unschlagbar günstig. Allerdings hab ich inzwischen ein Auto und kaufe die Pampers (und andere Babysachen) einfach beim Discounter mit da ich inzwischen keine Lust habe, immer auf die Post zu warten.

Die Bestellungen wurden soweit immer wie geordert ausgeführt und die Lieferzeiten waren zügig. An Zahlmethoden gibt es Lastschrift, Paypal, Kreditkarte, Vorkasse. Ich glaub sogar Rechnung.

We are a family from Denmark, who placed an order of three different items.
Two small and a Römer chair for an amount about €500. Total order value €520.

We got the two small items delivered after a few days.

We knew, that the chair was not in stock before 7-9 days.
But they charged us full amount day after the order.
Now it´s 16 days ago - still no chair - still no answer from them after we have contacted them twice per mail.

We don´t like this situation at all !

I am customer from Denmark, I ordered Chicco I-move Trio stroller 03-06-13 and same night I received mail from Windeln.de that I will receive my order 11-06-13. The charged my account/credit card 07-06-13 and I was expected to receive my stroller 11-06-13 as they said. Suddenly I received mail from them 10-06-13 that my order was delayed due security reasons?! They was asking me to send them copy of my identification card and numbers of my creditcard. I refuseded to do that, but it took me 3 days and 2 phone calls to cancel my order!
