Wonderful by name, wonderful by nature.
My return was dealt with promptly and my second choice was absolutely perfect. So nice to be able to buy a small size which fits perfectly, not easy when you have a very small head.

I’ve bought a number of wigs from Valentine and I’m really happy with them. Their customer service is really good and the choice and quality of their wigs is fantastic. I’ve found a company that I can really trust and recommend to others.

What could have been quite an ordeal turned out to be quite an enjoyable experience. Janet was friendly, very understanding and most importantly, she listened to what I hoped to achieve. Her knowledge and expertise shone through and she is incredibly good at what she does. Shortly after my appointment I met an ex-colleague at another hospital who commented on how much she liked my ‘new hair style’! She never guessed it wasn’t my own hair which only served to boost my confidence.

I needed help to find the right colour before orderng a new wig: I only had the number reference. I believe it was Alastair at The Wonderful Wig Co, who was 'wonderfully' helpful, indentified the correct colour and placed the order. I was kept informed about the status of the order throughout. Excellent service: I know where to go for my nexr purchase.

Fast delivery service I find The Wonderful Wig Co wigs they have the coverage on the wigs is better than others I have tried . I Love to wear their wigs above others I have long may it continue. Thank You makes my life easier

I phoned about a wig that I’d viewed on their website , so helpful decided to buy it , arrived very quickly I’m thrilled with it perfect fit and the colour was perfect for me . Very happy with the device I received 😊

The Wonderful Wig Company is excellent, and lives up to it's name, because the customer care is amazing, and delivery is on time. The website is very easy to navigate; they have some fantastic products, and they are based in the UK! I thoroughly recommend this Company.

Ordered 2 wigs and paid for them plus P&P, but only one wig was delivered and no invoice. I contacted the company and they phoned the next day. They apologised and said they would order another wig and send it ASAP. The 2nd wig has since arrived. Still no invoice in box. I feel the Post and packaging costs are too high. I am pleased with the quality so will use the company in future.

This is my third Bobbi wig since November "25" the first two were Sparkling Champagne which you already have pictures of on the web site and still are beautiful but I needed another in a different colour to go with a black shimmering evening gown so I chose platinum Shadow which is rooted like the others, and absolutely wonderful and sets the dress off wonderfully I love it, thank you wonderful wigs

I first discovered the Wonderful Wig Company at the start of my cancer journey and before I lost my hair. I visited them to try on various,wigs - this daunting experience turned into such a fun experience as well as massively informative. I now have quite a collection of lovely well fitted wigs that has made my hair loss feel more like a blip than a major deal!

I’ve recently started my chemotherapy journey for breast cancer, and I had the pleasure of meeting Janet at Bishop Auckland hospital yesterday 8th January. Right from the start she put me at ease, and I had a good selection of wigs to try on. I ended up buying one of them there and then as it was a perfect match. I also saw a wig I liked in one of the books she has, so she’s ordered it for me to try on. I’m so pleased I was recommended the Wonderful Wig Company as the thought of losing my hair was quite scary, but knowing I’ve got a lovely realistic wig makes me feel so much better, and to have someone caring and kind helps a lot.

The wig I bought online didn't suit me at all, and the WWC was very helpful in organising its return and refund.
