Woodfuel Cooperative provides tremendous logs and service.
Woodfuel Cooperative responds very quickly to an order, lets me know when it is processed and despatched, and the delivery company informs me of the due date, updating with an email and text with estimated time (which they meet with ease). Brilliant service all round. (And the logs are great too, burn well and give out a lot of heat).

Hi Jen, I'm glad you like our mix options; we find most people do enjoy being able to use a few different types of briquettes, so it's great to be able to offer that. Enjoy your fuel and thank you so much for taking the time to review us. Many thanks, Ashley
Cant fault the seller
Cant fault the seller. Good prices with fast dispatch.
Not so happy with the delivery service who failed to arrange a time to deliver, sent an email time slot with a start time in the past and then turned up 20 minutes later while I was out. A ton of wood is not really something you want turning up in the rain with no warning.

Hi Chris, thank you for the review but I am so sorry that Palletways didn't give you a decent amount of notice. It's very frustrating and no one wants a surprise wood fuel delivery, so I totally understand your frustration. We will do everything we can to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you again for taking the time to feedback to us, Ashley

If there is a problem, which is not often, they will always deal with it immediately and solve the issue. We will continue to recommend them and use them. Heat logs we had this year burn really well. Fantastic customer service
Update: These logs are the best I’ve ever had. They don’t need constant topping up and it’s a truly impressive roaring fire. I’d love to upload a video of all my critters gathering around to admire it! My special thanks to Ashley for her kindness and generosity. My logs were cut for me in order to make them easier to handle post surgery. Wood Fuel Cooperative was a great find and deliver to Devon from Dumfries to numerous customers en route so I don’t feel bad about the “air miles” since I have no working boiler.
Highly recommended!
Fantastic customer service. I’ll update the review when I’ve been able to use the lovely variety of products having just arrived home from a knee replacement!
So glad to have found an ethical company with such a personal and professional service. Thank you!

We received a good mix in the sample…
We received a good mix in the sample quarter pallet. We were told we would get call from the carrier to arrange delivery but we had an email saying it was coming next day, no choices. Now to try all the products and compare.

Hi Neal, Thanks for leaving us a review; we really do appreciate it.
I'm sorry that Palletways didn't phone you in advance; sometimes they do email rather than call but however they contact you there should always be an option for you to reschedule the delivery if it doesn't suit. I'll report this back to them and see why this didn't happen for your delivery.
Please do feel free to contact us about any issue like this; we are very keen to help and will always follow up with Palletways on your behalf.
I hope you enjoy trying out the briquettes; again, if you have any questions just let us know and we'll be happy to help.
Many thanks,
Ashley
