Hi Alistair,
Thank you for leaving us a review; I know Steve spoke to you on the phone and you mentioned that Trustpilot's system had been unclear and that you hadn't intended to leave us a one star review, as you were happy with everything.
If there's anything we or Trustpilot can do to help resolve your confusion please do let us know; low ratings are very damaging for a small company like ours and we would love to have your review reflect your actual experience with us.
However, it's even more important to us that you get the best possible products and service so as long as you are happy with everything then we'll be able to sleep at night!
Kind regards,
Ashley

Great products and customer service
I have been buying wood-waste briquettes from Wood Fuel Co-0p for some years now, as they offer the widest selection of products I have found. In addition their website has a huge amount of detailed information on he relative burning characteristics of each product, e.g %age moisture and ash content, heat output etc..Also their customer service is excellent; they are readily available and unfailingly helpful and friendly. I'd give them 5 stars +

Great service with a smile! A great company to use!
We explained to the company that that we needed to have a small lorry to deliver the order of pellets as our driveway was was inaccessible if a larger vehicle was used. They listened and complied by sending a 7.5 ton vehicle and the order of wood pellets was delivered on time by a very helpful member of their team. We were delighted by the service we received, especially as it was rather inclement weather!

Excellent quality products and service
I discovered the Wood Fuel Co-op a couple of years ago, having had a woodburner for decades and searching everywhere to find really good wood and heatlogs. I have not shopped anywhere else since I discovered this company: great variety, competitive prices, excellent service and delivery. What else could anyone wish for?
