Wood Fuel Co-operative Opiniones

Good info on website. Lots of purchase options. Easy to organise pallet deliveries. Good job

Used WFC several times, always reliable friendly service.

Everything was spot on.

As always a wonderful company to do business with. The load arrived promptly and on the day I asked for. A faultless service again which is why I have used this company for 5 years. Many thanks and well done

Had a 'running out' dilemma and about what briquettes to reorder, so rang for advice which was given patiently and informatively with our previous experience and needs, given availability at this time of year. Steve was incredibly helpful and recognising the fact we had left it late over the holiday period managed to get us a competitively priced delivery in time. He could not have been more helpful, and backed this up with a call to make sure everything was OK after delivery. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and very friendly and knowledgeable team

After an enlightening discussion with a Wood Fuel rep I bought 250 kg of beech briquettes which were delivered on time and are keeping me warm over the freezing cold conditions here in Aberdeen.

Well I gave these guys a great review last year and I can only repeat I love the personal service both from Wood Fuel co-op and their delivery people Palletways. I buy the beech briquettes and wouldn't buy anything else from anyone else: they burn hot, last a long time in my wood burner and don't produce a whole ton of ash

I have been ordering from Wood Fuel Co-Op for years with perfect reliable service. Recently I had cause to comment on a very poor load of logs which were not up to Standard. The pallet was uplifted and replaced with a new one. All before Christmas and within one day of the phone call to Wood Fuel Co-Op. customer service superb.

The delivery was speedy, and the bricks burned intensely and cleanly, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for Christmas.

Our Wood Fuel delivery was fast and as expected. The Palletways driver was very helpful too.

Always reliable great value and charming on the phone .

Very Satisfied with both delivery and "shopping" inshore

Delivers to my house. Great log substitutes and customer services.

Have ordered from WFC in the past with positive experience each time.

Re-ordered Briquettes - half pallet on this occasion.

As always, friendly/efficient & called me to query my 2 x 1/4 Pallet Order to suggest 1 Pallet and refund for saving on delivery of 1 Pallet, which was much appreciated 👍

Palletline Delivery Driver was a very efficient/friendly Lady who easily delivered the Pallet up my tarmac driveway to preferred position using battery powered/hydraulic trolley - nothing was a bother for her and I think she was 1st Class 👏

All in All, another easy order 👍 Thanks, Graeme

Speedy delivery. Well packaged on pallet which was whisked straight into my garage.
Woodlets logs burn well, clean to handle and are easy to stack in the packs.

Everything is excellent apart from the delivery which I know is not down to them but palletways - who never give enough notice! The eco logs I buy are fantastic and they get processed really quickly. I would def recommend them. Am v happy. The staff are friendly and customer service is great and apart from the delivery they would get 5stars

Quick delivery, super hot and clean burning bricks - all warm and cosy for Christmas 😀

Super fast delivery and nice and easy to deal with. Made a mistake the previous year and the RUF briquettes didn't burn properly, no issues with this company and a full refund was immediately actioned, now that's A+++ customer service. This recent order is burning just great, thank you.
