Absolutely amazing service
I had a problem with my embroidery machine stitching loose. I called woodseats and over the phone Tim helped me sort the problem. Now stitching with NO loose stitches. Absolutely amazing

Woodseats are an amazing company
Woodseats are an amazing company. They offer customer service as it should be done. Everyone is very knowledgeable and accommodating and all the staff really care about their customers. I have used Woodseats for a number of years and, although they are a long way from my home, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my sewing/embroidery machines.

A company to trust and really excels at customer service
Bought an embroidery machine from A61 Woodseats online and had reason to call them after it arrived. Brother had decided to do a massive drop in price as part of marketing plan one week after I had paid for my machine. It wasn't Woodseats fault but the customer service was fabulous and time was given freely to chat through my concerns and queries. Didn't matter that I needed extra time as a novice they were prepared to spend time with me until I was sorted. My new embroidery machine is a delight and I am loving learning so many things, but knowing I have them at the end of the line just adds that extra sparkle to my purchase.

Consistently superb service
Consistently superb service. Professional, conscientious and friendly, they have vast expertise and are always generous with their advice. I was directed to Woodseats by the Brother helpline when I had a problem with one of my earlier machines. I was immediately struck by their knowledge and commitment to customer care, and the sheer speed with which they deal with orders and servicing: you never need to be without your machine for more than a couple of days. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else because their aftercare is second to none. I have since bought sewing, embroidery and overlocking machines from them, as well as software and accessories, and have always received outstanding service. I very strongly recommend this long-established, family run company.
