Needed a filter urgently and water world had just what i needed, and at a good price. Fast delivery helped me get my pond back up and running in a couple of days. Excellent filter by the way.

Bought a mains powered garden water feature. Instructions show cable with plug, no plug attached to cable. Spoke to customer services who told me they can’t supply with plug & to get an electrician! Sales blurb should include this information.

The Blagdon uv light I bought didn’t work. I wired up the plug, tried it and nothing. Checked the bulb that came with it and checked the wires again and changed the fuse and still nothing happened.

The order process was simple as I have used the company before. The product was poor on arrival, smaller than expected. Sent by post in polythene bags no water or moisture of any kind in the bags beyond condensation, so plants were almost dead and yellow. Put them into the pond to hope they would recover and they have died and disintegrated in less than a week. Not happy at all.

We visited Ullesthorpe world of water today looking for plants for our dipping tank. Total novices here. The helpfulness and knowledge of the staff was brilliant. We didn't get the names but nothing was too much trouble and the advice was greatly appreciated. They had the best array of plants and the healthiest we had seen (and we have been all over the place looking ). I have a feeling we are going to be regulars!. The adjoining Palmer's garden centre is a must visit also. Would definitely recommend!!

I honestly could not be happier with my experience with World of Water⁠�. From start to finish, the level of customer service, professionalism, and care shown during the purchase and handling of my new tank was absolutely exceptional.
The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Their knowledge and advice were incredibly helpful, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The aquarium arrived in excellent condition, was handled with real care, and the whole process was smooth, organised, and stress-free.

I visited the Blackpool shop with my eldest son of 14 as we were staying in the area and wanting to do some fishing, but have no experience. We spoke to Ben and he took his time to give us information on things we needed as well as setting a new rod and reel up for I rod I bought as my son already had one.
We had issues putting new line on my sons rod and the next day we went back to see if we could get some assistance. Ben wasn't there but a young chap by the name of Timo was the hero of the day and although he couldn't promise success and asked politely if we'd mind if he gave it a go but there might be a chance he could be unsuccessful. We gave him the green light, he managed to get the old line off and sat with us talking us through to get new line on and also gave us some tips on how to manage the rod and reel.
We had a great time fishing after that, and it's all thanks to the lovely staff at this store. Thank you so much!

After, a much anticipated order for 12 pond and marginal plants arrived, upon opening the box, I found it looked like they had been through a tumble dryer, I was very disappointed. While I could see that the plants had looked healthy the treatment by the courier company had clearly been less than professional. I contacted World of Water plants that day by e-mail with photo's as evidence. The next day I received an apology and an assurance they would send out a replacement order, this duly arrived in 3 days and all the plant were in perfect condition, looking robust and healthy. Top notch customer care well done.

A beautifully presented aquatic store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially loved that they recently transformed their larger display tank into one for fancy goldfish. It is such a fun and distinctive feature, and a great change from the usual tropical-focused setups seen in many other stores. It feels like a bold decision, but one that really pays off by giving hobbyists more choice.
The manager is approachable and supportive, and the grounds themselves are stunning. While some items are on the pricier side, it is clear that this reflects the level of service and overall experience provided.

Bought a water feature back end of last year, all was well until end of Feb and a fault was found with the unit. I contacted World of Water expecting to have a fight on my hands obtaining a replacement. To my utter amazement there was no wriggling, denial of responsibility of attempt to fob me off, a replacement arrived within days! Excellent service.
