Safety recall for vehicle, easy to arrange a convenient time for the appointment, staff were really polite and professional, investigation completed (turns out my car didn't need it), and car cleaned and vacuumed all by the time they said it would be.

I went in to enquire about a new Kia.
I went in to enquire about a new Kia but the one I went in about was sold, so I was disappointed as I have always wanted a blue one. Anyway my son & I sat down with Richard Dixon at the Crewe showroom and he was so helpful & friendly I told him I was disappointed that the car I went for was sold & he found me another one which was a bit more expensive. He gave us the keys to go & sit in it, as soon as I got in I loved it, I said to my son I felt like crying as it was so nice. I can't wait for Thursday now to go & pick it up, I'm like a kid at Christmas 🤣
Richard Dixon was so helpful with the purchase, we felt we'd made a new friend by the time we left, so thank you so much Richard & hope you're camping trip turns out ok 👍

Quick, easy and efficient. From start to finish the two ladies at Service reception were excellent,as previously.
I had to drop the car off and pick it up afterwards.

Our recent service experience with Acorn of Crewe was exceptional, Reminders were sent in advance that the service was due, booking was easy. On the day staff were friendly and welcoming , we chose to wait for our car and the customer waiting area was very comfortable, TV , coffee and very comfortable seats. The work was completed on time and we are very satisfied, cannot recommend Acorn highly enough , first class experience

The place to go
From the moment we got on the land of Acorn Kia we actually liked what we was looking at, Josh came out with the keys so we could ask the questions and what was required and we finally decided on the car we would like to purchase Josh took us out for a test drive and even more satisfied we picked the right car and then filling in paperwork inside the office where we was offered drinks and making the right decision the car was right for us Josh was a gent helping us along the way I would recommend Acorn Kia is the place to go even my daughter who was with us is considering going there for when she upgrades her car

What a lovely experience I went looking for a suzuki dealership but found a MG dealership instead
Everyone of the staff we very very helpful including water bowl for a very hot dog and a air conditioned room we were dealt with by a really down to earth nice guy Sean in car sales who was fantastic very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful 10 out of 10 for customer service made the whole experience a really nice day only went to look at a car ended up putting a order in What a great dealership Acorn MG Crewe

Second time lucky!
After a slightly inauspicious start last year, I booked my car in for it's yearly service and MOT.
I can honestly say that the service this year, from start to finish, has been fabulous. From booking online, a courtesy call the day before, collection/return of my vehicle and telephone payment, it has all ran smoothly.

Great car hire experience
I hired a Kia Sorento, from Hollie, at Acorn Kia Warrington. The car was very well priced, it was the top of the range Sorento and the service was brilliant. Very friendly and made feel at ease.
Hollie answered any questions I had, and made everything go smoothly.
I will definately go back here to hire,as well as looking to purchase (next year).
