Looking to buy an air conditioner today, but wanted to speak to someone before I placed the order. Spoke to a very nice chap named George who was polite and helpful even though I was a bit dumb about things. Would highly recommend. Just waiting for deliver now and hope all is good with the unit.

George Wrigglesworth was very helpful and answered my many questions on the air conditioner I was looking for, even phoned me back to answer some of the questions personally. Delivery was very quick, I ordered in the morning with the free 48 hour delivery and it actually came the next day, less than 24 hours!

Aircon247, and George Wrigglesworth and the team have been outstanding. I ordered an aircon which turned out to be too big and bulky for the intended room. I sent it back (naturally at my expense) and have got a full refund and plenty of good advice in respect to a viable alternative. I shall certainly be ordering any replacement from Aircon247 as their customer service has been exemplary. Always keeping me informed and very helpful.

I rarely write these reviews but felt I had to write in for these guys. I purchased a Wi Fi module from them and I couldn't get it to work. I did not purchase the whole aircon unit from them only the module. They were still very helpful and I couldn't get it to work. Instead of suggesting there was no solution to be honest what I expected they said to send it back and replace it. The first module did work but with limited functionality and they replaced it without question. Surprisingly, they were kind enough to send the new one out and wait for me to replace it with the old one that had limited functionality before I sent it back to them. Nice to see that there is still people in the world who trust each other. So had to be 5 stars from me. The technical guy Andrew was a very nice guy.

Fral SC14 portable air conditioner: I got in touch with this company on the Thursday before a bank holiday asking for information about portable air conditioners. Their advice was spot on, so I placed my order on the Friday and my unit was delivered the next working day: on the Tuesday. I phoned for further information and George was most helpful in sorting out my concerns. With the temperatures on the rise, I would happily recommend this model and the company Aircon247 to anyone who might be considering buying one.

What a great customer service experience.

George is clearly a credit to the organisation and he was able to secure the unit (great price btw), get it delivered and sent details on tracking - he could not have been more accommodating.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any sort of air con requirements.

I initially had a few questions about a particular unit I was considering purchasing. The people I spoke to during the course of these questions were helpful and knowledgeable.

There were a few issues with delivery that were out of their control, but that they were understanding about and resolved to my satisfaction. Special thanks to George in this matter.

I spent a LONG time scouring the net looking for an affordable portable air con unit. I spotted this company because their units were at least £100 cheaper than anywhere else online - this made me a little suspicious, so I thought I'd give them a call to see if they were for real. I spoke to George who was absolutely fantastic in answering my questions on all the different units, I ended up buying the eco air GELO and two days later was enjoying an icy cool bedroom. The customer care I received from this company was fantastic, I called back a few hours after ordering with a question about delivery and spoke to Ellie, she knew my order and name just by me saying I'd bought the GELO from George, she gave me all the info I needed, and emailed me follow up updates with delivery tracking info. This type of customer attention to detail and care is hard to find, not to mention the value for money on their product range, I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Excellent experience! I called to confirm delivery times. Got through very quickly. Received the information and advice I needed in a clear and concise way. Then after, the person I spoke with, George, went out of his way to follow up on everything he had spoken to me about on the phone. Went above & beyond even with all the current coronavirus restrictions. 5-Star service. I would definitely recommend them!

This is the 2nd time I have used Aircon247 and both experiences have been incredibly positive. They are good on price, delivery is quick and they have a strong range of well known manufacturers. I have referred friends onto them who have also had a very positive experience.

I am only leaving a one star review as I can't leave zero.
The latest Air con unit I received from this company was fitted and commissioned by an air con engineer. When fitting he noticed an internal fault. The four way valve had been fitted incorrectly at manufacture. I contacted Aircon247 and explained the problem, they basic told me "it was my problem and they would not be repairing or replacing the unit".
I have now referred the problem back to my credit card supplier.
