I really like this company , their sales staff (Steven in particular) are amazing and helpful. First time we have used their services but certainly wont be the last.
Steven even called me to notify me that I had probably not ordered what I needed. This is customer service beyond what I would normally expect.
This will be the only aircon company I use in the future.
Well done people keep it up !

The service provided by Aircon247 was very good and the prices of the aircon units I purchased were very competitive. All the information I required to make an informed choice of the air conditioner units was available on their website. Delivery was made within 48 hours (working days) of placing my order. The Air con units were exactly as described and appear to be of a high standard of quality so a little disappointed at the rather short (12 month) warranty - I think it could have been longer but that is down to the manufacturer. The units were with fitted with Euro mains plugs so I had to replace with three pin UK plugs - not a problem but indicates that the UK is still not a large market for aircon - that could well change with the increase to our summer temperatures forecast. Two of the three units purchased now installed and very pleased with the performance - no more sleepless nights in sweltering temperatures.

I ordered a £450 air conditioning unit from this outfit on a Friday and paid a premium for a Saturday delivery. I phoned to confirm and they told me that they would not be delivering until Monday despite saying at the time of order that orders placed before a certain time on Friday will be delivered saturday when you pay for next day. The person I spoke to on the phone tried to tell me that it was next working day which is not stated on their website Buy from a reputable company. This company is not worth the trouble.

Have ordered multiple units from these guys. Steven and his team provide a great service each time. More than happy to recommend.

We recently purchased one of your air conditioning units. Being from the USA we are in tune with exceptional service after the purchase has been made. We had a problem with the filter and it was no problem at all to get a new one replaced OVER NIGHT! at no additional cost.
We thank you for your excellent service Steven and it just goes to show that service does exist after the sale has been made.

Bought a Rhino 9000 a/c unit. Unit arrived next day as promised. was missing the window plate. this was promptly and very efficiently dealt with. Unusually for these days, they have provided a first class service. Very pleased

This was the 3rd aircon unit I've bought from aircon 247, and the first two went fine. I use them as heat pumps to heat the house with off-peak and solar electricity (works great) and an added bonus is staying cool on the worst summer days. So I bought a small through-wall unit from them (Olimpia Air 8 HP). I ordered on 5th July but did not receive it until 31st July, very different from the 2 days delivery cited. Even then it was missing the wifi kit, so was installed without it. They were easy to get through to by phone and email and were very nice and apologetic (carrier lost the unit); but then nothing seemed to happen so you had to call again, and again. Its been disappointing this time.

I read these reviews just as I was purchasing and was worried, but honestly the only issue I had is that the few times I called them they occasionally didn't answer. Everything else was great. They shipped from the Uk to Dublin in I think 3 days which is pretty quick. There was an issue with the delivery company here which they helped resolve and they were very personable on the phone which was a change from the usual roboticness of customer service. If they answered the phone every time i'd have given them 5 stars. But having to call back isn't the worst thing in the world.

After I was let down by another well known Aircon company, I took the plunge and called Aircon247. Spoke to George Friday morning explained the situation told him which unit I was after, more than helpful also enquired for next day delivery paid the extra which was nominal amount. Turned up next day via DPD no problem.

More than happy with the service, previous ratings on this website would obviously steer you away. However I could not fault the service and obviously turned company around.

Only problem I have now is the weather is not as Hot, family will just have to suffer the freezing cold now for a few months LOL!!

Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and able to recommend the best unit for us. We paid for next day delivery but unfortunately it did not arrive the next day. Thankfully, George was extremely helpful and more than happy to compensate us for the delayed delivery.

Great company with great personal service. Provided me with six Aircon units for the Dementia Care Home I manage. We will definitely use these guys again.

Whilst there are some less than positives reviews on this Company my experience has been a positive one. On my initial phone call the staff were excellent and well informed about the various possible options and guided me to the right solution to air condition my office space. The unit arrived with some included accessories missing but this was resolved quickly and efficiently by email and I was provided with a free of charge window kit for any inconvenience caused. I am very happy with the unit that they recommended which works perfectly in cooling my 41 sq mtr office space. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and if their customer service is consistent I would have to question the legitimacy or reason for others providing low ratings based upon my experience in dealing with them.

Excellent communication, 1st unit arrived quickly, but had to be returned (courier damage not Aircon247's Fault) Could not be happier with the customer service and the speed at which George and Terry resolved the issue. Would Highly Recommend, I am unsure as to the legitimacy and reason for these other low scores, seems to me like a campaign / vendetta against the company.

Poor customer service, no communication with customers, Just awful service from them. Ordered Portable Air-conditioner and deliveries scheduled keeps getting rescheduled. They can learn a thing or two from there competitors who are way ahead of them when it comes to service. Will never recommend or use them again.

As others have said, do not under any circumstances do business with this firm.

Goods ordered from Aircon247 by phone on the 29th June. Payment taken immediately. Told goods would be delivered the next week.
I didn't receive the promised email with receipt and order number, and no goods arrived. Thus began a ridiculous saga of phoning Aircon247's "expert" customer services staff, who always told me the same thing: they are external contractors who don't actually work for the company and can't do anything except pass a note to them to get back to me, which predictably they never did.
Eventually I got hold of a chap called George who had just joined the company in July. George is very friendly and personable, and has spent the last 3 months responding to my repeated phone calls and emails by apologising profusely, promising to get it sorted out ASAP, and completely failing to do so. I requested a refund 5 weeks ago and have not yet received it.
It's now 15 weeks since they took my money, and I haven't received so much as an order number.

Stay well clear.

Very very poorly run company !!

After 1 item was delivered damaged, it was immediately reported to them. It took many days to get a response and even lies from the staff claiming they had not received calls from me. Trading standards were informed. After almost 10 days of getting nowhere, I reported this to the parent company (APlant) who finally get Aircon 247 in to gear and the replacement unit was finally delivered. Even the staff at APlant were shocked at the lack of competence from this company. As this took many hours to resolve with many phone calls, I requested some kind of compensation for my wasted time, only to be told they would not be doing anything to compensate.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!! They are not fit to be dealing with the general public or trades. I will be taking all my custom elsewhere in future.

Said they didn't have the unit I ordered in stock in, then never sent out the replacement, and just ignored multiple emails. No excuse for this, very poor company who lie to get your money.

Having read the previous reviews of this company, I approached them with some trepidation. Aircon247 appeared to be the only company who sold the particular type and size of portable aircon units I wanted for my home. I left a message and at 6.30 pm George rang me apologising for the late call, explaining that as they were very busy he was working on after office hours to catch up on missed calls and emails. George was extremely helpful and after speaking to him I placed an order for 2 units.
The next morning I received a call from Ellie to thank me for the order and to query a note I had placed with the order, she said that they were happy to take the order and arrange delivery a week or so later to suit us. The units arrived mid morning on the designated day and the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. The units were packed very well and the boxes unmarked. Having tested the units, and in light of the service I received from Aircon247 I would have no reservations in recommending Aircon247 to anyone wanting to purchase portable aircon units.

I ordered a portable air conditioner and based on previous reviews became quite worried that other customers had a bad experience. I went round the houses initially to speak with their customer services to no avail.
However thanks to a positive review by a customer I followed the same route and contacted the parent company A Plant and their customer service team was absolutely great.
Clare and George went above and beyond to reassure me that the transaction was not fraudulent and they provided me 121 support until the item arrived.

I ordered from Aircon247 in the middle of a heatwave after struggling to find any available units locally. I orderded on a Thursday evening and the unit arrived on Monday. I had some reservations after reading other reviews and their call centre based customer service line isn't ideal however Jo at A-Plants customer experience department was amazingly helpful.
I ordered an extension for the exhaust hose which wasn't delivered with the unit however after notifying them via email it turned up via express courier the next day.
Overall I was very happy with the process and their prices are excellent.
