My experience was the same as all the other negative reviews on here. Air con unit didn't arrive, no response to email and very hard to get hold of anyone via phone...if you do then it's someone virtually unrelated to the company and they can do absolutely nothing....not even cancel the order to get money back! Fortunately, paid by credit card and will now be claiming back on that. Suspicious that this is a scam. Not worth the risk...go with a reputable company.

Awful. Meant to be next day delivery, still haven't had delivery or any tracking information two days later. Had a TNT van turn up to us to collect a unit - it's meant to be delivered to us, incompetent. Customer service can't answer a thing, that's even if they answer the phone, just take your contact information and say they will call back which they don't. Can't believe they are still in business, that's if it's not a scam in the first place. I would strongly recommend you steer well clear.

Placed order, received email the next day stating the item had been shipped but no tracking info provided. The item failed to arrive so I called the number on the website and spoke to a member of staff who took my details stating someone would contact me, but this never happened. I sent another email but again no response.
I am now in the process of arranging a charge back with my card company. Do not purchase anything from this company, their customer service is non-existent, they'll take your money and run

Absolutely no response to emails or calls. Wrong, cheaper unit sent (12000 BTU instead of 14000). Already tried to call and email them number of times and had zero response. Number provided on their website connects with a call centre who looks after more than one business and they say there is nothing they can do about it. Proper cowboys. Will have to go through my credit card provider to get my money back.

I have recently purchased an air conditioning unit from this company and I can actually say I was very satisfied with the product and the company.
I was speaking to a friend who recommended these people. I rang them and was shocked at how fast they dealt with me. They were very polite and was at the other end of the phone when I needed their help. I would highly recommend them and the air conditioning is.absolutely lovely in this weather.

Service was great until the unit arrived with no window kit, rang and mailed was promised but nothing.

If I could give it 0 I would but this company is terrible, especially if you have an issue with the product you purchase from them. We got an aircon unit from them and after a few months, (less than 5) the unit stopped working. 6 weeks on, I am waiting for Aircon247 to pick up the unit and had to purchase a replacement to keep us going. This week alone, I have sent 3 emails chasing for a response but nothing yet.

If I could go somewhere else, I would. Although I had a slight issue with delivery with the first unit, it wasn't as bad as this now. I just need help with the faulty unit before it goes out of warranty which I'm assuming, they are waiting for!!!!

Absolutely no response to emails. Stupid really on their part as their telephone support was good. They were let down by DX delivery but at the end of the day I ordered from them on a next-day basis and only part of the goods arrived. Given their lack of email answers, I am now worried about what might happen if the unit goes wrong and needs to be repaired under warranty. Also silly on their part as I was looking to buy more but will most likely go elsewhere where they know how to answer emails.

Totally frustrating experience twice!. I should have known when goods took two weeks to arrive that this is not a competent business, however the problem was sorted by a very efficient lady who really went the extra mile. So I used them again. As I write it has been 1 week and still no goods. No doubt it will get sorted but this service is clearly their norm. They don't deliver until you complain. Not good. Don't use.
