Our flight was cancelled due to pandemic and we were offered vouchers as a refund. Instead we contacted Aireclaim team and they took it over from there. Having wrestled with Wizz Air and their deliberate pack of half-truths, obfuscations and palm-offs for over a year, we gave the matter to Airreclaim.

I've had a very good experience. This process was super simple and fast. My flight was one of the many cancelled ones during 2020 and the airline company only offered vouchers, no refunds. So I saw an ad on Instagram about Aireclaim and decided to try to get the refund from the airline through them. I waited about two weeks, as Aireclaim said I would, and then they let me know that the complaint has passed and I will receive a refund, from which they will deduct their percentage. I received a refund shortly and I would definitely go through Aireclaim again.

They have helped me get my refund back, they took their interest but its worth it. As I thought I won't get any refunds at all but they helped me get it.

I totally recommend Aireclaim! Even with all the mess linked to COVID they allowed me to completely forget about my refund, took care of everything and came back to me directly with the money.
