Thanks to Aireclaim, we could be refunded by OPODO. Without Aireclaim, OPODO would never refund us. We have insisted many times for our tickets refund related to our roundtrip flight Paris-Vienna but in vain. We do recommand Aireclaim for any travel refund. The staff is efficient, kind and reactive! We surely get back to Aireclaim in the future if we will encounter travel issues again!

During Corona everything wrong, also air companies were doing a lot of cancellations and they didn't want to refund money, even the ticket was paid for a full refund. Aireclaim managed to reach a good amount of refund.

Thanks to the company Aireclaim for their help, due to them I got the full refund from canceling flights.

After being refused any refunds by the easyJet for several cancelled flights, I turned to Aireclaim, and was pleased with the prompt and courteous way in which my case was treated. It was a huge relief to receive refunds in the end for the cancelled flights.

Due to the Covid lockdown, our flight with Ryanair was cancelled last spring. We asked for a refund, however, by February 2021, we had not received the money back. So we turned to Aireclaim. In a professional and unbureaucratic way, they handled our request and within a month Ryanair returned the money.

I had a problem with Ryanair, since the pandemy started we had tickets to fly from Bologna Italy. The flights were canceled due to pandemy. I got support from Aireclaim team with two flights that have not been refunded from almost one year due to Coronavirus crisis. In approximately one months they manage to refund the money for both flights.

After a few months Aireclaim managed to get the refund for our flights. We were supposed to travel in May 2020 however the airline defaulted in giving us our money back, not even acknowledging our claim.
Through internet i contacted this company and they started the process to try and our money back.
They did so obviously against a fee, but we managed to get something out of nothing.
