This is the second time I’ve used this car park and the staff are so friendly and chatty and helpful. Parking spaces are tight but you’d expect that from a premium location right by the terminal. Smooth arrival and departure and won’t hesitate to use again. In winter I will use the terminal walk-to car park but as the prices go up in the summer I’m happy to revert to this one. Not sure I’d pay more for the premium service, as it’s the same car park essentially. All in all it’s a trusted place to leave your vehicle for the time you’re away and i would recommend.

I thought the timing of the mini bus worked well. It was well organized when entering the car park. The supervisor had everything under control and pointed us to the nearest space available. The return pick up worked well however I had to remove everyone else's suitcases from the minibus luggage compartment to get my suitcases that were at the bottom. Then put everyone else's cases back with no help from the driver. I think the driver should have assisted or at least organized the loading of the suitcases in the best order before leaving the airport.

The car park was easy to find. The shuttle bus was extremely convenient, we didn't even have to wait for it.

It’s easy to park and conveniently located near the airport. The transfer to and from the airport is quick and efficient. I’ll definitely use it again.

There was no accessible parking near the reception area, do I parked up and ready and willing to move my car. Staff rude. Staff unhelpful. Was told to walk up the car park to where bus was parked. Despite me wearing a Sunflower Lanyard there was no offer of help. Website stated that when bus arrives driver will take you bag and load it onto the bus. This was not the case, had to do it myself. Driver on outward journey to airport was too busy talking to a colleague and no interaction with passengers apart from to advice correct stop on return.
Driver on return journey was better, happy and cheerful.
Waited 30 mins after arriving to wait for the bus and had to call. Airparks had two buses leave within this time!Yes it’s closer to airport but will not use again!

So easy to use and I love that you can keep your keys.Nice and close to departures and nice drivers.Everything runs so smoothly,I like that your not waiting for ages when you get in the bus.

Very bad service, offer me the parking address: Arrive at Park & Ride, Eaton Green Road, LU2 9HD. the post code is wrong, and when I arrive there, the gate was closed. my flight near departure, I have to park on other places, and paid double for my 5days parking. around £170. Please strong recommendations everyone please don't used this services. you will like me paid for double charges for the holiday parking.

Easy to deal with the only bad thing is the postcode listed takes you to the wrong entrance I went wrong the first time I used the service second time I knew where to go

Great location, quick transfers, smooth service

They have the wrong post code on their paperwork. Did not tell me on the return that it was for more companies, I got off on the wrong side of the car park and had to walk 15 mins.

Used a few times and really impressed with the service, this time I used the premium site, 5 minute walk to holiday inn, 12 minute walk to the Airport, simply great.
Good value and make things easier, can't fault a thing.

The car park is easy to find, and it’s just like parking your car in a car park with keeping your keys all the time. The transport to and from the airport is very regular. And all staff are very friendly and courteous. So all in all very pleased with the service.

Great parking, quick bus shuttle drive to the airport (around 10 min). We had a late night return flight and the driver picked my phone call straight away, no waiting. However the post code took me to the wrong location so be vigilant as I wasted 20 min to find it.

Easy to book, helpful on arrival

Straightforward parking process and efficient transfers to the airport. The key aspect in our case was "above and beyond" customer service. Without going into specifics here, we were left in a lurch thanks to the airline but Issa, Pat and the rest of the team were very considerate and helpful in dealing with the problem.

Easy to book, easy to park, and very fair price, the transfer to the airport was smooth as a Sunday morning, on my return I was picked up at 3am at the airport bay, didn’t have to wait at all, called the Luton park office after passing customs and when arrived to the waiting area the van 🚐 was already there waiting for me,

Very close to the airport. Slight issue on the return, with the bus not clear where it is stopping and having to shout to stop near the correct bay.
