Quick and easy to park. Friendly drivers

brilliant service, meet and greet was great

Easy to book, straight forward arrival. Picked up from car park and taken to the airport and returned after the holiday with no issues. Will definitely use again.

Parking was really fast and connecting bus very efficient. Driver was very helpful

Sent me the wrong postcode for the location (arrived at a disused carpark/ dump). Had to call them to get the correct code. They told me they had let management know about the incorrect postcode and apologised, but that caused me a lot of stress.
Waiting times to depart were long - they waited until the bus was full before moving both on the inbound and outbound journeys. I get the idea they're running a business, but extra waiting when you're over 80% full and ready to go is unnecessary. Staff were polite and friendly which stops the rating being a 1.

Very easy experience. It was easy to identity the Luton airport parking team and drop off was easy. Collection was a little more challenging due to the ammount of people who had just landed. But the car was there before us and we were away within 10 minutes. I will use again.

Good service and good price. Very convenient alternative to airport parking

We have now used Airport Parking Luton twice and both times we have had excellent service. The car park is easy to get to and is very close to the terminal. It is a safe and well run car park with constant supervision and shuttle buses which are very regular. The staff are very polite and efficient and we were happy to leave our car with them. We kept our keys and our car was safe.

Overall a easy enjoyable experience yet again.

Where do I start! The service was second to none from start to finish. The driver was amazing, helping my disabled wife on and off the bus and assisting with the cases. The bus was there when we came out of the airport and the ride was smooth and easy.

When we arrived at Luton Airport it was to find my payment had been a scam with a company who had taken my money and then been banned from the airport.
I was panicking as my check-in time was coming up but fortunately the friendly Guy's at Airport Parking Luton Terminal 1 level 3 were there to help quickly and efficiently and booked my car in quickly so I would not miss my plane. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them.
