Driver arrived promptly in a very smart…
Driver arrived promptly in a very smart estate car to take us to airport and on our return an equally smart people carrier picked us up but with a different driver. Both drivers were extremely pleasant and courteous with a very professional but friendly attitude. Very impressed with Albatross and will definitely use again and have no hesitation in highly recommending.

UPDATE: THEIR REPLY WAS A LIE. I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEIR REPLY ON HERE WAS WRONG AND THEY WON’T MAKE THE REFUND. PETTY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Awful experience. My husband called to ask if they do pick ups with car seats for kids. They said yes as long as we provide the car seats. Husband dropped them off at their offices and next day they pick me up at Birmingham Airport with a car without isofix so my car seats couldn’t be fixed at all. They didn’t care about SAFETY OF PASSENGERS at all as they insisted to get my 7months old BABY and 2years old daughter in the car stating that that was safe. I called them straightaway to solve it and ask them to send me another suitable car. They refused. I asked them then to drop the car seats there and give me the money back-paid £80 in advanced- (with all the inconveniences of being left on my own with the kids & car seats). They refused. The only option they gave me was PUTTING MY CHILDREN AT RISK getting in a car with floating car seats. I paid them for a trip with car seats for obvious safety reasons. They couldn’t deliver and basically stole £80 from me. I ended up paying a UBER (1st car in has the isofix- most cars have them nowadays) and paid even less that this joke company charged (stole) me for nothing.

I booked an Alberto's taxi after a night out other taxi firms hung up on me probably because I had had a few but Alberto's didn't arrived quickly and was polite and professional far price too this is just my one off experience with them but would use again

Stay away
I will never be using albatross again. Ordered a taxi Saturday from wollaton road outside wollaton park, payed for the taxi upfront £27.45 only for the driver go to the wrong location 3 times, on the final time I told him to forget it we will get an uber cause my battery was low and had to get home for the kids. They then won't refund me my money cause the driver eventually got to the right address even tho I've viewed his tracker the day after and he still wasn't in the right place. I get once but 3 times is abit much. They don't care about the customers you can see that with the amount of bad reviews they have. And I've read some more reviews that this has happened to people aswell. 1 star is generous if i could it would be 0.Don't pay upfront and stay away from this joke of a company.

As discussed during our conversation at lunch, we understand that you decided to use Uber after our driver had difficulty locating you. According to our records, the driver did make multiple attempts to reach the specified location.
Per our company policy, to be eligible for a refund, customers need to contact our support team immediately when an issue arises and allow us to resolve it. Since the procedure was not followed and you opted for an alternative service without giving us the opportunity to address the issue, we are unable to process a refund.

I've always used albatros but I do feel…
I've always used albatros but I do feel they take advantage after a night out assuming you are drunk and always go the longest way round to any destination I did a trip from my home to courtyard last night however on way back home from the same destination it cost me an extra 2.30 on the way home leaving the courtyard as the driver decided to go the longest route possible when my home is 4 streets away from courtyard when I mentioned to the driver he didn't seem to care .
I feel you have to be fully watching the routes alabtros people take you it happens yo me many of times when I have to use this service

Awful and stole money from my bank
Awful, driver didn't turn up, got screenshots to prove it saying driver being assigned at various times, plus screenshots of saying driver is 26 min away, then get called being told they are taking money out my bank used this company a lot in the past but won't ever use them again after today even the way they spoke to me was awful, everything ok untill they make a mistake then it's all your fault, then checked my bank they tried to say I didn't go to the taxi and they tracked my flight but my flight was delayed and didn't even land until 01.24 and they took there so called cancellation fee at 01.30 so I was supposed to get of my plane(waiting for stairs to be attached to get off) and get through customs in 6 minutes? That's if the driver ever turned up cuz the app never ever confirmed they turned up

Taxi arrived promptly.
The taxi was on time and the app was great as you could track where the taxi was. Then I had a phone call to say the taxi was outside. Driver was polite and loaded the luggage in and out of the taxi. I have only given four stars as the taxi could have been cleaner inside and out.
