Royal Mail didn’t deliver my parcel. Alectrofag, responded in a timely manner and sorted the issue within a couple days. Got a replacement order. Good members of staff. Very respectful and kind. Will use again!

Had a little bit of an issue with one of the Hayati pro ultra vapes when I ordered two, got in touch with a team member called Evan, absolutely spot on and extremely professional even offered to replace my vape before I could even ask for a replacement and is already on it's way to me. Great value for money and more than happy with the product itself. Will not go anywhere else for my vapes from now on.

Bought 3 vapes, 1 was burnt from the first drag, it made me gag so bad it tasted awful!!! The writing on the vape itself doesn’t seem legitimate, I have had these vapes before therefore I’m aware how they should look like and taste like. These are definitely not the same! 2nd vape, the colour of the vape is like bright hot pink, its the blackcurrant menthol vape, it should be a bright purple. Again, I have had this vape in the past , this is NOT the colour. So I didn’t even bother vaping as it seems soooo fake. The 3rd vape I haven’t even bothered opening as I know these are not legitimate. SO disappointed!! Paid £30 to get burnt and fake vapes!

Contacted the team through the website when Royal Mail had redirected and my order hadn’t arrived, the team tried to move the order along and then sent a replacement order out free of charge that arrived the next day! Amazing customer service and pleased with the outcome

Update 1 month on - I’ve now had a chance to use the two eco nano pods I bought at the same time as the juices I’ve reviewed below. Both have had a burnt taste from day 1, and I’m not sure if they are perhaps not genuine, as never had two duds in one pack before. Contacted them but got no reply. Just a heads up if you’re considering buying eco nano pods.

Very tiny issue not of Alectrofag making - final delivery only. Ewan and his Team members all went out of their way to resolve and rectify without hesitation.
