I ordered a vape the other day and it delivered to my address yesterday only lasted me today as it just litterly burned out the battery and they is no way I could of used all the juice up especially when they is 400 puffs in the vape I would like a refund and my money back I will never use this website again kind regards

Customer service is so good like I was…
Customer service is so good like I was supposed to order which free e liquids I wanted with my order and Ewan answered so fast he was a literally god send and said he was able to still send the liquids despite me forgetting to order them.
I’ve never had a problem with any orders from there.

Great help.
I order Ivg 2400 vapes often the most recent one I have used was not the best. When I used the first pod inside the vape it had burnt within an hour where as normally it would last at least 24 hours. Normally good vapes but this time it was a let down.

Faulty overheating ELUX 3500
Ordered 6 elux 3500 puff vapes and 3 of them continue burning whilst sitting on countertop, overheating ! Burnt out themselves within a day and could hardly pick them up for the heat they produced! One of these are going to cause serious harm , ordered last time and one out of 5 did the same! These need taken off shelves immediately and reviewed straight away

Have been buying from this site for quite a while now and they have always provided excellent service and swift delivery.
Recently I bought a new vape and it was working properly l. I contacted them and they quickly provided me with a returns label and then a replacement product as well as sorting a quick refund of some juices.
Evan was amazing. As someone who works in customer service myself, I was very impressed with Evan's handling of my issue. He was quick to get back to me, the replacement was sent immediately on confirmation that I was to receive it and he was pleasant, helpful and friendly throughout.
