I am a client since 2 years, and always happy with the quality and everything. Had to do 2 returns once and on next order got a gift on my new order. Fully recommended ❤️

De kwaliteit was echt goed, eerlijk is eerlijk. Aan de website en instagram te zien zie je wel dat dit echt een groeiende opkomende merk is. heb ook hun instagram even bekeken ze doen ontiegelijke vette fotoshoots eerlijk is eerlijk kunnen vele brand voorbeeld van nemen

Extremely poor service – feels like a scam

I had a very bad experience with this company, and at this point it honestly feels like a scam.

I returned my order on time and fully followed their return instructions because the product did not meet my expectations. Despite doing everything correctly, I still have not received my refund.

The worst part is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups, but they simply ignore everything. No responses, no updates, nothing. Once they have your money, they seem to disappear.

I was initially told that my refund had been forwarded to their finance team, but now weeks have passed and there is still no refund. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with further legal action and report this to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. Based on my experience, this feels misleading and unreliable at best. Do not order from this company under any circumstances.

Mooie winkel met super vriendelijke medewerkers. Deze winkel heeft echt een hele mooie stijl kleding voor mannen en jonge mannen. Zeker de moeite waard. Er is geen enkele winkel met deze stijl dus je hebt meteen unieke kleding.

The clothing is good quality and the styles are very up to date. What made the experience even better was the friendly staff. They are helpful without being pushy and give honest advice. The atmosphere in the store is relaxed, so you can take your time browsing.Definitely recommended if you’re near Haagdijk and looking for stylish clothing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Heb hun tig emails gestuurd, maar ze reageren helemaal niet.
