When I called Angel mobility there was a lovely lady on the end of the line. What a fantastic difference and she was so helpful.

The wheelchair arrived in a well packed box. Found out the wheelchair is very easy to use and excellent quality. It looks and feels expensive so i’m so happy with price.

It was easy to arrange the wheelchair is well made and so comfortable absolutely five stars if that is the maximum . Thank you Dereks wheelchair

I am reasonably happy with the product delivered. It came with virtually no instructions - certainly nothing on how to use the tilt/rocking ability advertised. There does appear to be a very small amount of movement but hardly worthy of the description in the online listing.

The delivery process was tiresome. I was inundated with emails from the delivery company, with fluctuating delivery times - probably the fault of that company but Angelmobility chose them

The worst aspect is the inability to contact anyone. I tried telephoning half a dozen times, hoping to get some information about delivery. The phone rang for ages, and then went to an answering system. Leaving a message on that system proved futile. There was no call back.

I would be reluctant to use them again even though I am, as I say, reasonably happy with the product. The service aspects are just too poor.

Product arrived promptly, and well packed. Impressive-looking chair, well made, attractive dark-green colour. Twirls and rocks very gently when required. Great value, I think.

Fast delivery. Good solid but lightweight wheelchair, the removable wheels make storage much easier. As my husband has been a wheelchair user for many years it is lovely to finally find a chair that both sturdy and lightweight without breaking the bank.

The order process was really simple. A confirmation of the order was sent very quickly and the order shipped out next working day as described on the website. I was kept informed of the delivery. Arrived promptly and was as described. Delighted with the wheelchair ordered and the service provided. Definitely would recommend this company.

The wheelchair and seat pad are great.
One star removed as the two items were ordered separately at the same time, one order No apart, but arrived a day apart. It would have been useful if the wheelchair 'page ' also suggested the seat pad as an additional accessorie.

Really speedy processing of order and delivery with great communication throughout - a really slick buying process and the product was top drawer as well - really pleased with my purchase.

Email come on Monday next day delivery order #4462 is Friday and still no item!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. I placed an order for a wheelchair and tried to contact you just a few minutes later to request an upgrade to a better model , cancel order. Unfortunately, no one responded to my request, and the chair was sent out anyway. Over 7 days and no one contacted me and no chair.
To make matters worse, the item never arrived, yet I have been charged for it.
I am now about to travel in 2 days! and do not have the wheelchair I urgently need. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me serious inconvenience.
Please contact me immediately to arrange either:
• A full and prompt refund
• Or an urgent solution to provide the correct wheelchair before my departure.
I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible. Please confirm receipt of this message.

Purchased direct from their website, straight forward online purchase. Super quick dispatch and delivery. The Aerolite Four Wheel Rollator came fully assembled and only required to adjust grip height based on user requirements. First impression a very well made, simple folding mechanism and easier to maneuver for storage due to light weight.

Amazingly fast service and great product! Wheel chair arrived next day . Excellent quality, easy to use, lightweight. Definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service one item went a stray replaced immediately

Angel website easy to order off. And they delivered 24 hrs laters.
Only used wheelchair couple of times so far. But it nice to push and my son seems comfortable sitting. Luke style of wheelchair it doesn’t look like medical equipment, more stylish and red padded seating makes it look modern

I was very pleased with the way my order was processed. Prompt communication informing me of every stage of the process, and the next day delivery was excellent.

Scooter is lightweight and easily fits in the boot of my car. Battery removes easily for charging and is not heavy like other scooters I’ve had in the past. I would highly recommend this scooter
