I’m extremely disappointed with ANINE BING’s return and refund process.
I returned my order using their designated carrier, following all instructions exactly, yet the refund is taking weeks to be processed. This delay is unacceptable and particularly frustrating given the price point of the brand.
More importantly, this practice is not compliant with EU consumer law. Under Spanish consumer law, applicable in my case, refunds must be issued within 14 days from the moment the consumer informs the retailer of their withdrawal, not from the date the return is received. If the refund is delayed beyond this period, the retailer may be required to refund double the amount paid. Despite this, ANINE BING did not process the refund within the legally required timeframe.
Customer service is unhelpful, repeatedly giving vague explanations instead of resolving the issue promptly.
Given this experience, I’ve completely lost trust in ordering directly from their website and will not be purchasing from ANINE BING online again. I would strongly advise other EU customers to be cautious.

Do not trust the web page. I pruched a pare of jeans and received a tee - a very expendive tee! I tried to communicate the mistake but only received ignorance and bad service. I do not expect to get my money back. Do not bye anything from Anine Bing!

For what’s supposed to be a ‘luxury’ brand, Anine Bing’s product quality is horrible. I bought a T-shirt for $120 that arrived with holes in it. It had obviously been worn prior to me receiving it. They made the return steps seem easy but here it is over a month and a half later and I still have not received my refund. I have reached out to customer non-service several times and keep getting told “your refund will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.” Originally I was told as soon as they received the shirt and inspected it, my refund would be immediate. So disappointing to find out this company is a sham. I will never buy anything from them again. 

Keep your money - I have stayed clear of her since my purchase. I found the bag today whilst clearing for charity and I can’t even donate it - the tarnishing and wear is so bad, the hardware is horrendous… I mean Clare’s accessories does better.. gutted I spent 500£ for poor quality… just makes me angry how stupid I was to buy into the hype of this brand… First world problems..

Ik heb een trui van ANINE Bing gekocht van €220,-. Na één keer wassen volgens de wasvoorschriften is het logo volledig plat geworden en is het voorpand gaan lubberen. Dit mag je naar mijn mening absoluut niet verwachten van een trui in deze prijsklasse.

Na meerdere e-mails met de klantenservice (Jessie) kreeg ik vooral beleefde excuses, maar er werd geen enkele oplossing geboden en niets vergoed. Er werd inhoudelijk niets gedaan met mijn klacht.

Ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld in zowel de kwaliteit van het product als in de manier waarop ANINE Bing met een gegronde klacht omgaat. Ik vind dit een beschamende manier van handelen voor een merk dat zich als premium positioneert.

Guys, please don’t order anything from Anine Bing. They do not allow returns on sale items, and this is not clearly communicated during the purchasing process. I have never experienced such horrible customer care. Can you imagine being so greedy and deceptive?😞

Zeer slecht. Shirt teruggestuurd was te klein. Moest zelf retour betalen nu na 4 weken nog steeds geen geld terug! 10 mailtjes met excuses maar er gebeurd niks. K-bedrijf!

Bestilte to gensere på salg og blir nektet retur, selv om man har returrett gjennom lovverket. Når jeg henviser til både norsk og britisk lov, så får jeg bare svada-svar tilbake om at de dessverre uansett ikke forholder seg til det og blir fortsatt nektet retur. Mildt sagt sjokkert.

Endte med å benytte vedlagt returlapp, men det manglet visst en "pro forma faktura" med forsendelsen, så DHL endte med å sende hele pakken i retur til meg likevel.

Helt håpløst. Styr unna.

If I could give 0stars I would. This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Despite the product being expensive, its condition was terrible. The product arrived in horrible condition as if it had already been worn so I sent them photos, but they responded—almost as if they were doing me a favor—that they could only offer a 10% refund and that I should either return the item or accept the 10%. I never want to buy from this brand again. I am extremely disappointed. It seems clear that this is a brand run by an influencer who gained fame and is now obsessed with making money, selling cheap-quality clothing at high prices. I will never buy from this brand again. They market themselves as if they’re a high-end luxury label, but in reality, both the product quality and the way the company is run feel cheap.

Ein Stern nur, weil ich nicht keinen Stern vergeben kann. Habe online bestellt und die Sachen sind viel zu groß trotz ausmessen. Die Retoure wurde als kostenfrei angegeben, nun muss ich allerdings Rücksendegebühren bezahlen.

If there was an option to give zero stars, this company would deserve it. One star feels like a reward — and they’ve earned nothing but frustration.

It took six weeks for my order to arrive, and I still haven’t received my refund for an unopened item I sent straight back. Their own policy says refunds within 7 business days. I’ve been left waiting, chasing, and getting nothing but silence.

Looking at other reviews, I see I’m far from alone. Delays, excuses, unanswered emails — it’s a pattern, not a mistake.

This isn’t just poor service, it’s shocking. Never again.

Very bad service. I returned the clothes and more than month waiting for the money back. Do not recommend to shop there.

Beware: returns are on you. Had to spend €20 and waste tons of time sending back a dress that looked nothing like the website. Seriously disappointed—think twice before buying.

I ordered a pair of sandals that were very elegant and incredibly comfortable, with soft leather. Unfortunately, the design around the toes had an odd shape, which made my feet look longer. I decided to return them and received a refund. Hopefully, my next purchase will be more successful.

I purchased a pair of shearling mules (£300+) and upon arrival one had clearly been worn and was in bad condition. I requested a refund (sent pics) and was sent a return label. The refund was carried out. They didn’t really have much choice after seeing the pictures. They were not apologetic and thought they were doing me a favour for allowing the refund to happen. Clearly no quality control was carried out.
I then purchased leggings and a crop top and the Anine Bing label was already peeling off the leggings as I took them out of the packaging. It will be off in no time, so I’m sending back. Basic sweatshirts and t-shirts is the only thing I’ve not had trouble with. It’s a shame as I like the designs but for the price tag, they should be made better.

Schöne Jeans, aber leider völlig abweichende Größen. Trage normalerweise eine 25, und habe nach Bemessung 26 bestellt. Deutlich zu klein, und Retour nach Belgien sollte versichert 20€ kosten !

I purchased a 450 euro bag.The bottom of the bag was not attached to anything, making it extremely uncomfortable to carry anything inside. It takes nothing to do it but it adds value. I had to sew it up myself. If you claim to have good quality you need yo live up to your stated standards. I am very disappointed

Ikke bestill salgsvarer på Anine Bing. De forholder seg ikke til norske regler og du får ikke bytte eller returnere salgsvarer som er feil i str. Str på skoene jeg bestilte er også store i størrelsen, selv om det stod på siden at du skulle bestille normal str. Jeg ligger ofte litt mellom str, men gikk her for den str jeg er oftest dvs jeg gikk ned i str, men de var likevel mye for store.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meiner Bestellung bei ANINE BING. Die Lieferzeit war extrem lang – deutlich länger als angegeben. Noch ärgerlicher ist die Rücksendung: Obwohl auf der Website von kostenloser Retoure die Rede ist, musste ich das Etikett selbst organisieren und die Kosten tragen. Das ist irreführend und kundenunfreundlich. Die Artikel sind zwar teuer, aber der Service steht dem in nichts nach – im negativen Sinne. Die Rückerstattung lässt ebenfalls auf sich warten. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das wenigstens noch reibungslos klappt. Für mich war das definitiv die letzte Bestellung.
