Hi,
Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivering your order. As stated on our website, the item was awaiting stock, subject to manufacturer availability, with stock expected within 14 days. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was also out of stock, which caused an unexpected delay.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we appreciate your patience. If there's anything we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Regards,
Alistair

Unsatisfactory Customer Service
The delivery of my order was very delayed. Customer service was not satisfactory. When I made an inquiry on the phone the person I was talking disappeared for a very long time then I was cut off. I had to make several phone calls to clarify the issue.

Hi,
We sincerely apologise for the delay with your order and for the difficulties you experienced when trying to reach us. Unfortunately, due to major road construction in the area, our phone lines have been affected, which has caused unexpected call dropouts. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and regret any inconvenience it caused.
Your feedback is important to us, and we are working to improve our communication during this period. If there’s anything we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
