I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Ardene that I feel needs to be addressed. I bought four purses: three at 50% off and one with a "buy one, get one 50% off" offer, which I initially chose not to use. When I decided to take advantage of the deal later, I returned a full-priced purse and attempted to repurchase it under the promotion.
The cashier mishandled the return, giving me a partial refund for a different purse and incorrectly charging me for the new purchases. When I pointed out the errors, the cashier was initially confused and resistant. After a prolonged and difficult discussion, she corrected the mistake but still failed to include the tax in the refund.
To add insult to injury, after admitting her error and processing the refund, she labeled the transaction as “final sale” on the receipt, even though the items clearly were not supposed to be on final sale. Despite being in the wrong, the cashier’s attitude made us feel as though we were at fault for highlighting the issue. It was a frustrating experience, reflecting poorly on both the cashier's competence and the store’s customer service standards. I hope Ardene addresses these issues to improve their staff training and customer service.
This past Thursday I placed an online order for 6 pieces. It is Monday and my order online says that it is still pending.
I tried to reach out to customer service which was very slow and not very helpful.
I keep getting emails now that half of my order is unavailable. My order came out to $100. This is frustrating to have NO answers or help about this. I placed this order 4 days ago with no updates except half my order is not there. Meanwhile when I check the app, it says it is an available.
I have no idea what I will be receiving. I used to love going to shop at ardenes when I lived near to one. But I don’t have that anymore with change of my circumstances. The online ordering has been unnecessarily difficult and slow.

TERRIBLE service just watched us shop and kept making sure and following us thinking we’d steal. rolling their eyes at any request very loud was screaming at a costumer at one point kept knocking on the change room stall making sure saying to not steal over all terrible

Horrible refund policy. On a top of deduction $ 5.00 restocking fee, they don't refund shipping ( which they charged a tax on shipping on a first place). Horrible scam . Let me explain more: I don't have closely by Ardene store in my area, so I have to shop online. I ordered shoes and they arrived one shoe wider than another one and they didn't stay on my feet at all. I had no choice by return them. They were free shipping on $ 20.00 purchase order. And at that time they added % 20 discount and $ 5.00 extra discount. At that point my free shipping went out, they charged me shipping and tax on a top of shipping. In their policy it said that shipping wouldn't be refunded unless specified. For refund they charge $ 5.00 restocking fee on a top of shipping with tax wasn't refundable either. Shipping cost $7.99+ tax. If I had a store close by I would go and try items first but for people who don't have stores close by and have to use online shopping they shouldn't charge restocking $ 5.00 fee and they should refund shipping as well. That why I said Horibble refund policy!
Over charged 20$ is a big difference on one item I was told no can do I guess it's not very sympathetic. I suggest a gift card of 20$ would be great

Et j'ai demandé remboursement et leur explications ne marchent pas ils changent toujours de version et le remboursement que j'ai reçu les chiffres sont illogique!! Et la après quelques messages elle me fait comprendre que je l'emmerde !!! Je suis enragée!!! Très impolie!!! Peuvent bien dire merci de votre patience!! Ouin toi t'en as pas elle m'a dit c'est le dernier message bye!!! Ne répond plus!!! Les bijoux rouillent en un jour! Tous TOUS!!!! Et les chandails toujours troués! Et sont jamais de la bonne grandeur les t Short je commande small c'est un 5x!!! Et les courts sont souvent pas décrits comme court je prends un large et je reçois un xs qui m'arrive en dessous des seins!!! Mais vraiment et c'est fait fashion et pas surpris que ça serait des enfants qui font ça comme les sites chinois c'est tellement mal fait!!!je finis ma carte cadeau remboursée juste de moitié du dû et c'est fini vous me perdez et je faisais de grosses commandes!!!
I love the look of your clothing brand but sizes are terrible nothing is consistent I but a large dress sometimes med, shirts can range small to large with me and pants med to large. But body suits I always go for the biggest size u got and I'm only 5 foot 5 and everytime that leotard splits me like a taco.. a very painful taco that will never want to look sexy to reproduce or anything like that cause my lady parts are being assaulted. Please fix your sizes . Give a wider variety to your customers instead of just expanding your stores.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Ardene . I went to the store to the Ardene because I was wanting to exchange something. A large sweatshirt I wanted to try on the extra large to see if there was much of a difference? And when I tried it on I didn’t realize I had gotten some of my makeup on it . I felt really bad . But the girl at the cash told me I wouldn’t be able to exchange the item as it was considered damaged ? I said what damaged ? I mean I felt really bad . But all she kept saying is it’s damaged . It not giving a real explanation other than that . So, I kept saying it’s not damaged . So, she told me I couldn’t even return my other item because I was challenging her on this nor did she give me a complete explanation about it . Then she said I couldn’t return to go to another store and return it there . And she told me to leave the store she wasn’t going to help me . Then she banned me from
Ever going to that location . All over saying it’s not damaged ? a customer got involved who was waiting in line and hearing me just say it’s not damaged . I told her to mind her business and shut up . not knowing what was going on . So I did swear . But the woman was kicking me out of a store because I didn’t want to accept her response . Instead of telling me to contact customer service and that was their policy she just decided to be unprofessional. She doesn’t seem like she can be professional. She was attacking me then had the nerve to blame me . When I swore at her . When I was not only being mistreated by staff but a customer got involved and all I was doing is saying it’s not damaged . I called another Ardene and the girl told me that there store would have taken back the item . Of course I feel bad about what happened and it was nice of then to take back the items that had makeup on it . At the same time it became about how the customer service person was handling the situation. They told me I could go back into the store only for staff to say oh they told us we didn’t have to accept you back so I had to contact the woman I was speaking to and she called. The store to tell them to let me exchange another item . When this should of been resolved before I went into the store again . So I had been going into the store but the same rude unprofessional sales representative is always in the store . A few times I saw her leave when I went in the store . But the one time she was trying to start trouble again rehashing the incident again . After I resolved it over emails . So , I went into the store again and the same ignorant person made me wait in line then . Told me to go to another cash and wait for someone else to serve me and made me wait ? On purpose so if I want to go in the store and she’s always there . So I’m going to be reminded and mistreated every time . I can’t go to another store or else I would . That’s what I told customer service when I contacted them . I contacted them about this . And I haven’t gotten a response . So as much as I found some of there products good quality. I’m not going into a store that mistreats me when I thought the problem was resolved. If your saying a situation is resolved why do I have to get mistreated and why she can’t move on when she’s can’t be professional or communicate properly .
I only have one regret…that I didn’t didn’t discover the Ardene online store sooner. I shop on the U.S. website of Ardene and just recently discovered this store a week and half ago and since this I have now placed four orders and I receive my orders within just a matter of days…that’s faster than Amazon has been lately and I have received everything that I’ve ordered and only one sweatshirt had to be shipped separately and I received it today. The clothes are amazing and everything has been true to size and I’ve found items that I’ve not saw anywhere else and I like that , I don’t have clothes that everyone else has. I will continue to purchase from Ardene and I highly recommend Ardene for top notch quality as well as reliable service and for beautiful clothing.

I ordered my two packages which included a small bag and some shorts. The bag I ordered around a week ago with being sent no confirmation or tracking number to my email or anything to let me know where my package was. The shorts I had ordered a couple days ago was sent an email thanking me for my purchase but still saying I couldn’t track. My recommendation is don’t use Apple Pay and put in all of your information but still is a high chance you’re not gonna get your package in the time they say.
Got shoes from Ardenes and they are way too tight! I'm a 9 and my toes are curling in their 9s!! I've worn many different brands and this is the only brand that are like that!

okay so i know stealing is wrong a i would never do this but my friend did and i had no clue so i was in the changing room trying on stuff and i did buy any of it so i was about to leave and the like manager or who ever she waswas like watching me and i left the alarms started ring i did know it was me so i tryed to leave and then they called the cops on me but i didnt even do anything . im sitting in the back of the cop car and they are going threw my stuff and they found the shirt my frien put in my bag ihad no clue i was stelling. so now im band for life but i didnt do anything
