I placed an order which did not show up in my account on Feb 4th. Called them and they said it did not go through (even though I got a confirmation when I placed the order). Placed the order 2 more times and same thing happened. They said all 3 orders were cancelled and my card was not charged. Each of these orders had the same sale items. TWO WEEKS LATER, they start shipping items and I get an order confirmation by email. They said that a bunch of orders were stuck in their system and they thought it was ok to charge my card 2 weeks later. Who does business like this? I called my card and disputed the charges. This is 100% Ardene's responsibility and they need to provide free returns on final sale items in this case. If it was truly a system error then cancel the orders. Don't ship them 2 weeks after a customer placed their order and you told them it was cancelled!
If anyone desires to purchase items at %70 off or more from Ardene, beware that these items are final sale! It's convenient how the final sale rule only becomes visible when you click on "+details", which then presents the policy in fine print. Why not simply place within the main advertisement "FINAL SALE"? I then checked the page where you choose your item and size. Underneath returns, it says, "final sale items are not returnable", but says nothing about %70 off items being final sale items. Then, I realised that the return and exchanges policy is presented on a separate page under "help". If you don't go seeking this out yourself, it's easy to miss. Learn from my mistakes!
Do not order online!! If you do not like the items or they do not fit properly, you may not get your money back or a store credit. If the item was purchased (even online) and they have reduced it by 70% too bad so sad, your order is final. I will never shop at this business who doesn't care about its customers at all
I paid 30 for a pair of boots and after 5 hours of wear, the bottom came apart.I emailed customer service with pictures, but never heard back about it! I would never waist my money on garbage boots from them, who rips after 5 hours. Could not returned it eigther because I miss placed the reciept! No reply from Customer service, and it's been 1 week already
I placed an order for a New Year’s Eve outfit one week before new years and paid extra for express 2-3 day shipping, this was a mistake as I didn’t even receive a confirmation email or tracking number, I was totally in the dark on the status of my order and where it was for over a week.
Finally a few days after New Year’s Eve I received my outfit.
Customer service is awful and they seem to care less about their customers, as I had almost the same experience with H&M but only a few days late and they gave me a 15% off discount.
Needless to say I’m really not impressed.

J'ai passer une commande il y as 15 minute et j'ai commander trop petit, rien à faire pour annuler la commande ou changer de grandeur, l'option réinitialiser le mot de passe qui n'envoie jamais de émail, bref selon moi le site ardene est vraiment minable, je recommande à personne de commander là-bas.
Bought a pair of Jeggings and the dye had ruined two of my backpacks by completely rubbing off of them. Very low quality dyes perhaps. The jeans will literally stain anything so be careful because the stains can’t be removed. Even a pair of new boots I bought were stained blue in the inside. Won’t buy from here again unfortunately.
It all started when my aunt bought me some slime from Ardene. BTW it was horrible and dry. There is no good slime in Canada. So anyways I was so happy I finally got some slime for my birthday. But as I was playing with it I got so upset, it was a disaster!!!. The slime would rip apart when stretched and you cant even pock it properly. I hate what Ardene did to this slime!!!!😡Like slime in america is much better then this. definitely want to point that out in case any of the parents want to get slime for there kids.
J'ai dépensé 150 CAD aujourd'hui chez ardene ! j'achète toujours beaucoup de choses chez ardene, aujourd'hui j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec le service au magasin boulevard super centre, je venais d'acheter une sandale numéro 09 et je suis revenu quelques minutes plus tard pour échanger la même sandale contre le numéro 10, le le manager a commencé à SHOUT OUT ! IMPOSSIBLE D'ECHANGER ! SI VOUS NE CONNAISSEZ PAS LE NOMBRE, N'ACHETEZ PAS ! J'ai trouvé ça ridicule ! Je n'ai rien répondu, je suis parti ! Je n'y retournerai jamais!!!
Paid for express shipping which was supposed to be a couple days max. Didn’t receive my order until more than a week later (same as standard shipping). Customer service said there’s nothing they can do. Why charge extra for the shipping then?
Typically when i go the service is very nice and welcoming, but when i went today the lady was just rude! I went to the willowbrook mall and she was a white lady in her 40s-50s and was just rude. They were closing soon but I just asked her be question about returns and she gave the snippiest attitude. Horrible experience and that is not how you talk to your customers. No wonder no one really goes in there.
Taking long time to refund your money when you return by online and they don't accept refund in store and by mailing they charge.

They always have deals for their cheap jewelry like "5 for $10" deals and all that because it's made out of cheap material as we all know. However, I was wearing one of their necklaces recently and my neck broke out into hives! I'm so upset I've had to go to the doctor and get a cream for it.
I have a lot of mixed feelings about Ardene. I loved them before, they used to have a small selection of alternative clothing which was cool. They also have a lot of tights in different colours and material. Their clothes usually last a while for me but during my 4th or 5th wash of a tulle skirt, the mesh blended together like a plastic blob (from the wash - I believe it was in medium heat but other brands survived/have survived since) Another time I ordered a pink overall dress. Somehow they royally screwed up and sent me a maroon striped quarter sleeve shirt? Their customer service was also completely unresponsive.
They are the worst brand and online shop. I ordered online and it’s been 2 months the product still somewhere, not sure maybe in Africa. poor customer service. I will recommend H&M. Guy’s don’t ever order in online, once they receive your money, goodbye! no communication and follow up. very disappointing.
J’adore Ardene, mes commandes se sont toujours bien passées excepté une ou deux fois où quelques items n’étaient pas à la bonne taille. La qualité est bonne. Par contre svp enlevez les sacs de livraison roses et créez des concours pour ceux qui n’ont pas Instagram/Tiktok.
If I could rate this is a zero I would. I just spent 15 minutes rummaging through tank tops to find my size and when I got up to the till where the three girls were standing around chatting I mentioned how much easier it would’ve been if somebody would’ve helped me. All three of them rolled their eyes in disgust and said it’s up to me and I should’ve said something.
Excuse me but that’s your job and I shouldn’t have to ask you to do your job!
I will not go back to this location!
I should also add that another lady came up to me asking me if I worked there because no one was helping her. Seriously not acceptable.
I have placed an order on 23rd November, and still havent received my package. Customer care isnt responsive either. Would refrain from buying anything from here the next time.
Cheapest quality clothes , material is third class. I just received my parcel after 2 weeks , I was so excited about mickey mouse hoodies ...trust me iys fabric is so cheap and so it the paint used to make mickey mouse , it looked like a white faces Mickey on the website shoot , actually its pink faced .
