This hosting provider is underrated! They should recieve more recognition. Fast setup, good servers and professional support!

Rented a valheim server and never experienced an issue so far! Hopefully this will continue!! The chat support helped me set up which was quite professional and helpful.

We just moved our Valheim server and faced some issues initially. We got a response a few hours after we sent out our ticket and they helped fixed the installation issue. We're relatively new to this hosting business and found them at comparegameservers after lurking through reddit a few times.

So many issues with the Valheim server that I didn't have with another provider, no support. Absolutely horrible!!

Worst provider ever. Irresponsive support, server down more than 50% of the time. Data in server corrupted all the time, have to rollback data every single day. Sent tickets for help 4 days ago, no response so far. Don't believe in their moneyback guarantee because they will not be even responding to your request.

Do not use this site. After way too many crashes and slow customer service we moved our Valheim server.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would,
They offer game hosting servers, setup within 30 mins of payment, here it is over a week now and my server is still not up, they took my money within seconds sent me a login to their service portal and that was it, I have been trying to contact them for over a week, no one will answer, for the first 2 days all I wanted to know was when will it be up, after 4 days I asked for a refund, Crickets. I ended up having to get my server elsewhere, it came up in 5 mins ready to go.
RUN, as fast as you can from this company.

UPDATE: A month later still no server and they are trying to charge a reoccurring fee.

Good hosting company, used before, excellent service

I am experienced in the server hosting world. And was treated well here. Had a actual problem and they worked with me to fix the problem. Response time wasn’t immediately but they responded within 2 hour of me answering the ticket.

Good service so far with ascend, no issue, recommend them.

Good host, great experience, worth the money, cheaper than other hosts but does not lack with customer service or features. Found them through comparegameservers.com

The service did not work form day one and after getting ghosted by support for 3 days they finally replied with a generic fix that didn't fix anything. After I replied to the support ticket explaining that it did not work they suspended my account. Almost positive this is just a scam. I have never had such a horrible time with a server hosting service in my life.

Bad service if you ask to get your money back the same day you have paid for a service, then they will not give the money back. No, they want to keep the money. Beautiful such some good servers, just bad support and staff workers there are so greedy and money grieving.

Bought an ARK server and they helped me in configuring my server as I do not know much about controlling a server and this is my first time. Customer service is excellent and live chat is very helpful! 5 stars for the team!
