Bought a very inexpensive server, had a few issues, so i asked for help. I got Brandon. Dude knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it and did so in a completely professional manner. I will be asking for him by name until he gets promoted out of his current position!

Server boots up only when it wants to. Downloads from Steam to server are VERY slow. I guarantee any of the other server hosts out there are better. This one is the definition of a cheap server. I wouldn't be surprised if their servers were actual potatoes.
