Customer service from front desk to workshop very good. Went extra mile to fit me in and appreciated advice given by workshop on options to take. Not cheap but trustworthy service makes it worthwhile.

It was a vehicle recall and I wasn’t an existing client of theirs but they were incredibly helpful and kind and the whole process was very efficient.

Fixed my car ok , everyone was polite
They broke my spare key casing. I had to chase it as they didn't get back to me. I didn't follow it up as i sold the car.
