Top service, I had the showroom valet and was worth every penny, had damage from hand car wash service using an abrasive pad to remove tar and it got resolved in a few hours with these guys, thank you, highly recommended, using the same company to do my alloy refurbs, thanks to Darren and his colleague

Autoklean came to repair a scratch on my car. They did a marvellous job took meticulous care to make sure it was perfect. Highly recommended.

On time, excellent work, top quality workmanship from Nathan. A1 rating. He repaired a dent and a scratch and refurbished all 4 wheels. Car looks like new.

When i chose Autoklean i hit the bulls eye the service was double top and the whole team should have a score of 180 it was certainly a three dart finish ended I ended with.

A technician came out to look at my diamond cut wheels and did a great job although there were a few smudges / bleeding of the lacquer. That said once I raised this with Autoklean I got an immediate call back from Pete the general manager and within a couple of days Pete was on site to tidy up the work. I couldn't be more pleased with how my issue was dealt with. More firms should approach customer service like these guys do. All the best for the future Autoklean team!

If you value your car, don't get any service from this irresponsible company - Booked in for 'Williams Ceramic Protection + Full Valet' service to get my brand new car ceramic coated.

'Jay' the AutoKlean technician arrived on the day and started with the job. The first signs of red flag should have been when he started cleaning the car without "snow foam" - However, the man assured me of his 18 years of experience, and his way of cleaning etc. etc.

Unluckily for me, I had a busy day working from home, and couldn't keep a constant eye on what was happening. When I stepped out to check progress, towards near end of his job, I was shocked to see numerous (significant) scratches and swirl marks all over the car - This is a brand new car we are talking about.

The worst was yet to come, both Jay and his boss Pete (who arrived next day for investigation), accused me that the scratches on the car were pre-exising - Am I f**king nut to have my brand new £75k car 'scratched' all over, and for what good?

And towards the end, giving me a complete cold shoulder for what they did to my car, they had the audacity to say that if I would have opted for the more expensive 'Williams Ceramic Protection + Showroom Valet' instead, there would have been no scratches with this service - What do they even mean, if I would have opted for £600 ceramic coating service, there wouldn't have been any scratches, but instead since I opted for £300 service, this service comes with scratches on the car?

I am currently looking at my options to sue this company - As a word of advice, if possible avoid being in my position by avoiding this company upfront.

The gentleman has done a wonderful job with my wheels. He was on as he promised. Very polite and professional!

Excellent. I recently took delivery of a 2 year old Volvo V90 with heavily damaged alloy wheels. The supplying dealers usual contractor was closed due to the Covid 19 restrictions, so suggested I find a local specialist to refinish them, and they would handle the bill. With a bit of Googling, I found Autoklean.
Checking out their website, they had some great before and after images of work completed, so I booked them in. They were really helpful when I explained the situation, and provided advance invoices for the dealer, as well as communicating with them directly.
The dealer (Volvo Franchised Main Dealer) has since told me that they plan to work with Autoklean directly on their own cars, which is a reflection on the quality.
Pete visited me at home with his mobile workshop, and in 2 hours refinished the wheels to a far better quality than I had thought were possible (They were really bad, some big gouges and scrapes across the face)
Really pleased with the results, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for alloy wheel refurbishment.

I have nothing but good things to say, great service, I have used them twice.

I would give this more stars if I could. Daniel is a true craftsman who worked tirelessly to make our repair perfect. Unusual to find such a professional and courteous person. He could not have worked harder. Very good organisation.
