really good service from admin to person who did the work on my car. really happy with the service.

Booking an appointment at short notice was very easy and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Nathan arrived on time and did a first class job on our BMWi3. The part he worked on looked as good as new. Would highly recommend AutoKlean.

Do not touch this company with a barge poll. Before booking a full valet I check that they were aware on how to wash a car with XPEL PPF and the products that they use would be ok. After getting confirmation, I decided to go ahead. Two missed appointments later they finally turned up today. I advise Jay on the PPF and he seemed to know nothing about it, but advise that they would do a good job. So I left them to start and came back about after 20 mins to find they had just done a basic wash, with no Snow Foam to loosing the grit from the car, and as this was clearly not done correctly, I now have scratch marks all over the film. All I then got from Jay was I’ve been doing this for 18 years and I know what I’m doing and have not finished yet, and we don’t use SNOW FOAM, really a professional valeting company does not use SNOW FOAM!!. Well polishing a film will not remove scratches in a film, created during the had wash, so before any further damage was done to my car, I asked him to leave. He got extremely Obnoxious, and called Pete the general manager. I tried to called Pete 30 times, but rather than confront the issue and deal with it like a professional company, they just blocked by number. Avoid this company at all costs, as they make themselves out to be a professional valet company, and from my first and last experience with them, they are clearly not!!

This is absolute rubbish and full of lies.

The facts :

The appointment was cancelled and had nothing to do with the rain. It was not raining here and all I got from Sebastian, that they needed to reschedule, nothing more. I can share the email...Also car was in a car park and uncover.

I never threatened Jay and never said that we would lock him in. After he damaged the PPF I asked him to leave as he clearly knew nothing about how to valet a car with XPEL PPF

After I asked him to leave, he refused and I advise him I would arrange for his van to be clamped and ticketed if he did not remove his vehicle from the private car park. At no time did I say I would lock him in, as this would not even be possible.

I admit that I swore once only and I apologise. I repeat here verbatim “Jay, if you cannot wash my car professionally you might as well Bleep Off”. I said this once only out our shear frustration as he was not listening to any advice I was given him. This was also said at a natural level with no shouting.

I was not abusive or confrontational, just firmly spoken, but Jay was not interested in anything I had to say, other that repeating he has been doing this for 18 Years, and the PPF was new. PPF is NOT new and has been around for a number of years, so was shocked a supposedly professional valet company knew nothing about it, well at least Jay did not.

Jay was ignorant, and did not show any consideration toward COVID as wore no mask, even though I did.

I tried to contact Pete to discuss the situation, but he obviously decided to ignore the situation and block my number.

My overall experience with AutoKlean T/A FrontLine Valeting Limited has been poor as I thought I found a company that I could trust, but clearly this was not meant to be.

Please refund my deposit as the working has not been completed.

I had one of Autoklean's field agents come out and refurbish 2 of my alloys this morning, his name was Pete and he did a super job. The car is about 8 months old, the wheels are 22inch and iI unfortunately had some scratches on 2 of the wheels, one of them was quite bad. They both look brand new now and was done in about 45 mins. Would definitiely recommend Autoklean and especially Pete, although hopefully I wont need to see them so soon again. ;)

Dean arrived after calling to say he was on his way. He was very polite professional and did a very good job repairing my alloy wheel, he came across as knowledgeable, trustworthy and respectful, because of his attitude and work ethic I will be using this company for any further work ,car cleaning when required. It was such a nice change to desk with an operative who was professional and easy to talk to.

Marc was amazing! He did an interior deep clean and mini valet. Service was great from booking through to payment at the end. My car has a new lease on life, mould stains removed and looks fantastic. Thanks Marc 😁

Had someone come out to repair my alloy wheels. (Pete), they did an amazing job, you’d never know which wheel was damaged!! Couldn’t be happier with the job. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an alloy wheel repair

I booked my wheels to be repaired x 4 as I am returning a lease car. The operative advised me that he may not be able to get them to the standard required for which I was happy as I did not want to pay twice for wheels 1 repair 2 get charged by Finance company . peter the General Manager contacted me to speak about the issue and advised he could get another technician to attend and do repair same day. Second technician turned uo on time said and carried out a excellent repair I am very happy with the service and communication and would highly recommend AutoKlean to my friends

Scuffed alloy repaired in the hour at home in the drive for a good price, very happy with the work done, will use again thank you
