Water filter problem
Firstly couldn’t find my proof of receipt so not sure if I have taken out my warranty.having developed a leak from the water filter I tried to purchase a new one because they were cheap then postage on top so cost over £15 out of stock so this got me thinking it was a common problem.2 weeks later they were back in stock so ordered one and arrived quickly replaced it straight away and used it for 10 minutes the brand new one cracked around the cast aluminium so I now have 2 broken water filters and no p80 to use I would be guessing it’s 15 months old so not over impressed with supposedly this high end model, I am now reluctant to purchase another one expecting it to break again.

That’s clearly not the level of reliability or confidence we want you to be left with, especially after experiencing the issue more than once. Please contact our support team directly so we can review your warranty details and the repeated failure properly, and work with you on a suitable solution rather than leaving you to purchase another replacement.
prompt service great machine.

P57 X large bundle.
Ordered the P57 X large bundle.
Delivery was fairly fast for our location.
Arrived very well packed.
Put together very easily.
Had a wee play with all the attachments, all seem very good, although I've not tried the snow foam gun yet.
Only complaints so far are that the hose has a tendency to coil up on the ground but not nearly as bad as other brands and may improve with use and the oft mentioned having to wind 'backwards' to reel in the hose! I've not tried it yet but what's to stop you from unreeling all the hose and reeling it back on in the correct way ie clockwise?
Apart from those two minor niggles I would have given it full marks.

Respuesta de AVA of Norway
We are so happy to hear you are enjoying your P57 X large bundle! We appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the hose coiling and the winding direction. We understand how these minor points can impact the overall experience. We are always looking for ways to improve our products and your insights are valuable. Being that the hose is brand new it may be a little stiff and the coiling should ease. Thank you for your positive review!
