Disappointing experience.
Having emailed the company before purchase, it seemed promising.
However once the money was paid, there was no interest from them.
Had a problem with a damaged cable from the factory, & damaged parts for the washer due to poor packaging.
Emailed AVA more than once & got no response, so I doubt the alleged ten year warranty is worth anything if they won't even acknowledge a problem.

Better than Karcher
The P57 is great and well worth the money. Better than Karcher. I purchased the P57 XL and all the attachments work great. Next day delivery is also great apart from DPD delivering it to the wrong address. Contacted AVA customer services who provided a photo of where it was delivered so i was able to retive it from the neighbours.

Very good experience with AVA customer…
Very good experience with AVA customer support.
I contacted them regarding a problem with an older accessory and received a quick, helpful and professional response. They explained the technical background clearly and approached the case in a very fair and customer-friendly way.
I also appreciate AVA’s focus on repairability, spare parts and long-term support of their products.
Overall, a very positive experience and exactly the kind of after-sales support I hope to get from a manufacturer.

Item arrived faulty, replaced in record time
Item arrived, set up and unfortunately the pressure washer leaked water, after several e-mails back and forth a resolution was reached, faulty one returned, and a new pressure washer sent out. Arrived today, Tues 6th October 2026, set new washer up, and it is an absolute brilliant bit of kit, fits in well for my workshop and keeping my cars ultra clean.
Good pressure, with a host of fab accessories in the box. Extending lance is absolutely amazing.
I also received the pack with 3 snow foam guns in, a bargin and brilliant equipment, well happy.
Thanks for sorting out the replacement washer in record time.
