Customer service?
So I ordered a spare jet wash hose from themselves on the 4th of September which was a Friday and I will consider that a working day and then had to wait until the 10th of September.
Which I had to pay £6.50 for the privilege of having it delivered to myself that was supposed to be a 48-hour delivery time.
But I think the icing on the cake was that I had an email from themselves to write this review a day before I receive my goods.
Go figure?
And on top of that I had a" very computer says no response" from customer services when I asked for more tracking information regarding my delivery.
And all what they done was send me a screenshot of what I was already looking at and a very stern reminder of the delivery terms that I'd already read and was questioning.
So no I don't think I will be recommending anyone to this firm.

We are truly sorry to hear about the significant delay in receiving your pressure washer hose! Unfortunately in this week our warehouse had to sent out a lot of products which resulted in a delay for some customers for which we are truly sorry.
Also your order was placed on the 4th of September late in the evening around 9pm, at this time and while the weekend unfortunately the warehouse isn´t working which is why your order could only be processed at Monday the next week. We understand your frustration with the delivery timeline. This e-mail which you had received regarding to write a review gets send out automatically, but we fully understand that it was inconvenient for you to receive before you have received your order especially when you´re already waiting a couple of days more than usual. It is also concerning to learn about your experience with our customer service chat bot and the lack of helpful tracking information. We are actively reviewing processes and customer support interactions to prevent similar situations from occurring. Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Had a small problem with the snow foam tube being too short for the 1 litre container but all was resolved quite quickly with a new tube sent out to me through Mischa at customer services. Extremely happy with the washer so far.

AVA P70 EVO NOT REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY AND WITHELD
AVA is withholding my P70 Evolution for 14 days, charging me a £25 fee which I have explicitly agreed via email to pay, but they are ignoring my emails and their phone line is hanging up on me. Return my machine immediately."
I want a full report as to why there is no fault to my machine and also why my machine is not returned after 14 days. I want my 25 pound fee to be waived as I have been messed about with lack of communication and no updates as to the return of my machine

Sorry to hear you’re unhappy with how the case has felt from your side. Your machine was assessed within the first week and we kept you updated on the outcome; once the agreed charge was settled, the return was arranged the following day. We’re also happy to provide the inspection details again and clarify any remaining questions directly.
Your machine was withheld as we were awaiting the payment and we informed you about that.
Your machine arrived at our repairshop around the 25th of August, on the 2nd of September we have informed you about the status and told you about the fee.
On the 7th of September you agreed to pay the fee and your machine will get shipped at the 9th of September and should arrive within 1-3 business days at your place.
Good experience
Very easy company to deal with, good website and delivery was good, though I wish they would deliver to the Channel Islands.
Customer service was good throughout.

Pressure washer came damaged
Pressure washer came damaged. Was offered 10 per cent off if I wanted to keep it as is. Offered a return but I have to go out of my way to return it. Was told all of this in an abrupt email and manner.
