Hi Mark,
Your machine has been repaired, and the issue was identified as explained in our previous email.
Sending us your pressure gun and water filter was offered as an optional additional check, so we could make sure that all accessories connected to the machine are also working correctly. As neither the pressure gun nor the water filter was included when the machine was originally sent to us, and as the filter may potentially have contributed to the issue, the shipping cost for sending these items to us would unfortunately need to be covered by you.
However, this additional check is entirely optional. We have already confirmed that your machine is repaired and working correctly with the pressure gun and water filter available at our repair centre.
Your machine is now being prepared for return and is expected to be delivered to you by the end of this week.
We have kept you informed throughout the different stages of the repair. If anything remains unclear, please reply to our previous email and we will be happy to clarify any outstanding points.

Great pressure washer and car wash kit
Well packaged and delivered quickly. I’m really happy with the pressure washer so far. The car wash kit that came with it is useful and includes a good range of accessories for cleaning the car. I currently use it for personal car washing, but I’m also planning to use it as I start a small detailing business. Very impressed with the quality so far.

Brilliant product
Every time I purchase stuff of this company the quality is excellent I’ve stoped using my other power washer that cost several times more than this one and have never had any problems and with a 10 year domestic warranty it’s been superb

Great bit of kit
I saw these advertised quit a lot and was in the market for a new jet washer for my car and motorbike. I am by no means a detailer but do make sure they are cleaned regularly. Firstly the Ava is a top bit of kit. Well made and came with a service kit in the bundle i bought. Really solid build quality. Used it for the first time today and with the foam attachments it made the job really quick. I did both the car and the bike in about 90 minutes start to finish. Performance is really good. Better than the other big brands I have owned. Got more than enough power in the p40 for what I need. Design is well thought out where storage of extra bits are concerned. Delivery was just over 24hrs which is great. Highly recommended.

Great service delivered 2 days after…
Great service delivered 2 days after ordering, makes me wish that 3 weeks ago I would have ordered my P57 direct from the source, instead of my 4 day wait from Amazon "prime".
Loving the build quality and easy of use with everything AVA so far, worth every penny and the only company I've found selling OEM to aftermarket attachments very impressed with my first AVA experience.

Bottle leaked out. But excellent customer service
Ordered AVA patio washer and AVA car wheel cleaner 500ml. Ordered delivered really quickly, however the spray bottle of wheel cleaner was bundled in inside the box for the patio cleaner. The wheel cleaner wasn’t in its own sealed bag and had leaked out and soaked the box and was dripping out of the box. I managed to separate everything and wash everything down with water and allow to dry. Not much wheel cleaner left in the bottle. Disappointed.
Have contacted AVA customer service and they have sent out a replacement item that arrived today intact. I’m upgrading to 5 stars because they have an excellent customer service support and were extremely fast to respond. So thank you to Rachel at AVA customer support. Excellent.
